When should we send out our wedding invitations & RSVP cards?

The traditional time period to send out your wedding invites is 6-8 weeks before the ceremony. Ideally, you would have already sent your save the dates 4–6 months in advance, which allows guests the perfect amount of time to send back an RSVP card, while still giving you an accurate count of who is likely to attend on your wedding day.

Running behind on your wedding planning? No problem! Most of Zola’s wedding invites can be sent to you within 5-10 business days, so you’ll still have plenty of time to mail your custom & personalized wedding invitations to guests after you receive your order.

What should we include with our invitations?
