The 1000-square-foot deck has plenty of room to mix and mingle, making it an amiable location for a party. Alternatively, there is a cozier, more intimate indoor-outdoor area, named Mulligans. The property was originally part of a land grant from Lord Fairfax in 1716 to the Kincheloe family and has been passed down through generations since. The property features a 1700’s log cabin, which was renovated in 1955 by a protégé of Frank Lloyd Wright. Ms. Vazquez and her husband rebuilt Whitehall as a working educational farm, with the hope of permanently preserving it as an open space in an increasingly crowded Fairfax County. The barn will seat approximately 150 for a reception with dance floor. The barn has 2 private dressing suites, a caterer’s kitchen/prep area, and bar area.
