“Please take a few seconds and read this review - Brooke is the wedding planner you are looking for: Brooke was absolutely the wedding planner we needed for our complex, epic outdoor winter wedding weekend in the mountains that included trains, skiing, happy hour on the slopes, and a wedding venue that had never hosted an outdoor wedding before— and it honestly all went perfectly because of Brooke. We pitched Brooke all of our crazy ideas— we wanted it to be personal, laid back, have some light traditional touches but also be exciting and adventurous— and she helped us structure and plan the wedding that was perfect for us. She’s easy to talk to and to be around during what inevitably can become a stressful process, but she will meanwhile meticulously track the details about vendors, guests, scheduling, etc… Her communication is impeccable, and we never felt like we were falling behind on the timeline or having to follow-up with anyone. She knows the best vendors in the area to realize your vision— or in the rare instance she didn’t have a direct connection, she did the research to find out who was the best for us. All of her recommendations were top tier and budget conscious. In addition to being excellent at her job, Brooke is just plain wonderful. It’s clear she loves what she does and has perfected the skill of hyping you up and helping you dream big to craft a wedding that is memorable and uniquely yours, while also providing her experience to support your through key decisions when you start to stress-spiral (and you will at some point along the way). On the big day, we were able to truly enjoy sharing time with the most important people in our lives rather than worrying about the details, because Brooke had everything handled. There may have been some hiccups, but honestly, we will never know because Brooke is a professional and probably solved them without our awareness. Her experience was priceless when working with our wedding venue who had hosted fewer than 5 weddings, none of which were outdoors in the winter. We also had perfect weather, so she may also have some influence with the weather gods… not as sure about that one, but we wouldn’t be surprised. Wedding planning was exciting but also stressful and we couldn’t imagine how we would have pulled off our wedding weekend without Brooke’s support. We were legitimately bummed when the wedding was over that we wouldn’t being working with Brooke regularly anymore. Choosing her as our planner was the best thing we did, and we will recommend her to everyone we know who is looking to tie the knot. We wish we could give her 100/5 stars. Arian and Britt”

Unlike other similar services, you are actually able to pick your photographer, which is huge! Everything went as planned. Our photographer was prompt with our initial video meeting and right on time for the day of our wedding. She made us feel super comfortable and we are very happy with our wedding photos! We already received our wedding photos within just a few weeks and the site yellow paddle uses to be able to share photos with everyone is great. My only suggestion would be to be able to hide photos that you don’t want to be viewable to everyone when sharing the link…but they’d have to use a different photo sharing service. I would recommend this company 100%.”

“If I could describe my experience working with Amanda and the dessert selection she helped us pick in one word, I would say WOW! She truly is a master at her craft and the desserts did not disappoint! My now husband and I decided on a small two-tiered wedding cake with a wide variety of desserts, all which Amanda offered. From raspberry Linzer cookies and cannoli to key lime mousse cups and red velvet mini cupcakes, we had something that would appeal to every guest. Amanda even offers vegan options, which was great for our guests with dietary restrictions. And let me say that we received so many compliments on the dessert selections! My absolute favorite was the wedding cake though. One tier was lemon raspberry flavored, and the 2nd tier was strawberry passion fruit, AND the cake had delicious crunchy bites that added texture. We fortunately had leftover cake that we took with us and were able to enjoy with family the days following our wedding! Amanda is an absolute joy to work with and she puts in a lot of thought and effort into her craft! The taste and presentation of our cake and desserts was perfection, so thank you for making our wedding day so special! “This venue is beautiful!! We got married here in April (Mountainside ceremony, Colorado room cocktail hour and Albert’s lodge reception). It was the perfect Colorado backdrop for our out of town guests. The venue provides the chairs for ceremony, shuttle services between the ceremony and reception, and kept the fireplaces running throughout the night but the external vendors take care of pretty much everything else. Just remember that because of preferred/required vendors everything adds up quickly! We did have a great experience with all of the recommended and required vendors. The one thing I would have changed about the venue is if they could have opened the Colorado room wall/doors. It was 80 degrees but they don’t open them until after May 1.”

We never met in person prior to the wedding and I was a bit nervous about how comfortable I’d feel in front of the camera but her warm and playful demeanor quickly dissolved my nervousness. Stephanie snagged the best shots that captured so much play, love, and joy. I loved that she sent me ALL the pictures. There’s so many I love that I would’ve lost out on if I were limited to a certain amount.”
