Jackie Marko Photography is a Kansas City-based Catholic wedding photographer specializing in editorial and documentary-style imagery that honors the sacredness of the sacrament. With a reverent and artful approach, Jackie thoughtfully captures nuptial Masses, meaningful moments, and the beauty of Catholic traditions. While based in Kansas City, Jackie regularly travels to photograph Catholic weddings in St. Louis, Chicago, Boston, Seattle, New York, Santa Fe, and beyond. Our venue offers an all wood Amish barn, tucked back in the trees, next to Emma creek. The numerous mature trees, multiple flower beds and 2 fire pits offer a wonderful outdoor atmosphere! The barn features a kitchen, a bar, men’s and women’s restrooms, a loft, a covered deck and a large area for dining and dancing. The barn can hold up to 200 people and has the option for an indoor ceremony, should the need arise. The outdoor space features a limestone stage for a ceremony, plenty of space for yard games, an outdoor dinner, outdoor dancing or hanging out by the fire pits. The outdoor party lighting provides a great atmosphere after dark. We have two parking areas, 1 large lot for guests and a smaller area for the wedding party and handicap parking.  Included in all packages: Chairs and tables for 200 people, bar stools, cocktail tables, wooden spools, arbors and use of the fire pits. We recently added a beautiful 3 bedroom log cabin available with our wedding packages!

Venue is covered with reclaimed wood and corrugated tin that we tore down from three different old barns around Kansas. To give it a more “shabby chic” feel.
