20 years ago when I planned my own wedding, I was given a budget of $2500. We fed 200 people a full Thanksgiving meal and I had the wedding I wanted that day. I had only spent an extravagant amount of money on ONE thing.....candles! I was devastated when my candles didn't even get lit that day!
