When we started planning our wedding, we knew we wanted a laid back vibe where it felt like we were spending real, quality time with our loved ones. We wanted it to feel formal and special, but also like a little vacation where we could relax and let our hair down. And most importantly, as a couple that works in music and production, we really wanted it to feel like a music festival. Full Moon Resort completely delivered on our vision, and most importantly, took so much stress out of planning the whole weekend. First of all, the venue is gorgeous. Even though it was cold and we moved our ceremony under the tent, the landscape and the rustic charm of the grounds just can't be beaten. The pavilion is so gorgeous you don't need to go overboard with decor! The team at Full Moon really, really knows what they're doing. Every time I began to get stressed during the planning process, the events team would reach out with guidance and questions to keep me on track with planning. They've seen it all and had answers to every question I had. THE FOOD. The portions are insane, and everything was delicious. Our guests raved about it. We had gone back and forth on if we wanted a cake, but at the tasting we had a vanilla and peach cake that was to die for and could not pass it up. And finally, the vibes. The entire wedding weekend felt like a dream. It was so relaxed and so FUN. The Roadhouse for the after party was unbelievable. Our guests are still raving about it. If you're looking for a campground vibe at a great value, this is it. We wish we could do it all over again.

My wife and I came to them on short notice and with a lot of stress due to the time/money expenses of planning the big day. Renee was unfailingly kind, endlessly patient and always upbeat. Putting it simply, the crew at Adena are wonderful people who are very good at their job. The day itself went off without a single hiccup. Every typical issue that we encountered - such as delays on our part, or things I forgot- was handled before I even fully aware of it. They did their jobs calmly and joyfully, and helped reassure my anxious wife (and my surprisingly anxious self). The location is absolutely beautiful, maintained expertly and decorated perfectly. Our reception was elegant and rustic, with clear views of the blue sky outside making a very pretty backdrop to celebration. The Wooded Cathedral was where we had our reception, and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s dreamed of an outdoor wedding in the country. My wife and I are so happy that we switched venues to Adena. We’re thrilled that they’ve left us with these memories, and we are so happy to call the team at Adena friends. Having our wedding at the Curry Estate was the absolute best decision that we could have made. The sisters and all of the other staff were the most attentive, detail-oriented, and organized group!! They checked in on us throughout the entire day, and made sure every detail was executed perfectly. We had our wedding at Kindred Creeks at the beginning of May 2022. I have so many great things to say about this place! First off, Jill was extraordinary, caring, attentive and so helpful from start to finish. She was able to work within our budget while keeping our dream wedding a reality. She had rain plans, sunny day plans, plans for more or less people and was thorough throughout. Her father, Gerry, who lives in the farm came out the day before and day of the wedding to make sure we were taken care of and that anything we needed would be done. And the tent staff was kind, courteous and officiant! The grounds itself were gorgeous! We were the first to use the airstream bridal suite which got so many compliments and great photos. They also redid the bridge across the creek for the wedding party to walk over during the ceremony. I fell in love with the green barn and even though it needs to come down soon, they held off construction so we could take pictures in front of it. We got married right where the two creeks meet which was so beautiful. All our guest had nothing be great things to say and we are beyond happy with the experience. If you are thinking of taking a tour of the farm, don’t hesitate! You will fall in love just like we did!

Booking Locust Grove Estate was the best decision I made during wedding planning. The venue is stunning and yet so affordable. Locust Grove provides the space, the arch, and the chairs, but does not require you to book with their preferred vendors. Because of this, you can design your day exactly as you want it to be and within your own budget. We got so many compliments on the location, which is a Hudson Valley oasis nestled in Poughkeepsie, with beautiful gardens and views of the Hudson river. You get the best of both worlds with Locust Grove because your ceremony can be outside but the reception space is indoors and has AC. There is a Courtyard Marriott next door and a walking path connects the two properties, which was super convenient for our guests and saved us the expense of providing transportation. I could not recommend Locust Grove Estate enough!

My partner and I planned a wedding in less than 6 months at Buttermilk Falls. From the minute we stepped on the property, we knew we loved it. The grounds are so well kept, the event planners and staff are so friendly! There are several options for your big day and no hidden fees when working with the folks here. Our event planner Morgan was phenomenal. She kept us on track, checking in regularly and responding in a timely manner to our every small question. Once the time came for our wedding weekend, Buttermilk Falls exceeded our expectations. Our families loved our welcome event with freshly made pizza and the best charcuterie. The kids in our family loved exploring the grounds and seeing all the animals. Our wedding day was magical despite it raining precisely during our outdoor ceremony, and the barn was the perfect spot for our group of 75 to eat, drink, and dance the night away! THE FOOD AT BUTTERMILK FALLS IS ALSO PHENOMENAL. Truly cannot be said enough. The ingredients are fresh, the menus are thoughtful and the staff is incredible. I highly recommend this venue and would absolutely plan a wedding here again if I had to do it over. You will not be disappointed!

Devin, Albert and the whole Bad Seed staff were incredible in helping make the day go as smoothly as possible. They became friends and we go back and visit often. We haven't stopped hearing rave reviews and compliments from our family and friends who attended the wedding about the ceremony in the orchard, the cocktail hour on the patio, the reception inside and outside and everything that goes along with it. Our wedding at the Bird and Bottle Inn was better than I could have imagined. Stefania was a dream to work with. She was quick to answer questions, no matter how big or small. She was upfront in her communication. She was totally grounding and easy to talk to, especially on the day. But most of all, she made us feel like our day was important and special. The food was 10/10. Guests are still talking about our food four months later. Everything was delicious and HOT! It was remarkable that each plate had hot food that had to come from the kitchen to the tent. It felt like a seated meal at a 5 star restaurant. All food allergies were taken into account. People with allergies were still able to have a delicious meal where they didn't have to worry. I cannot say enough kind words about the staff. They were passionate about good service. Each table remarked on how kind, professional, and knowledgeable their waiter was. Like Stefania, they made us feel like our day was special and unique, not just another event they were working. The grounds and rooms are stunning and comfortable. It rained on our day and staff were able to quickly turn around and make sure our ceremony in the tent was beautiful. We didn't even care that it rained because the ceremony was still wonderful. Perhaps the highest compliment is that our guests are recommending the Bird and Bottle to their friends for their wedding. I can't say enough good things about this venue. If you are looking for a charming place to get married with exceptionally kind staff that knows exactly what they're doing and has AMAZING food, this is the place for you.

Their collaborative spirit and meticulous attention to detail left nothing to chance. The venue itself is nothing short of enchanting. Nestled in a landscape bursting with vibrant botanicals, it offers a setting so breathtaking that it feels like something out of a dream. And then there are the florals—oh, the florals—brought to life by the incredibly talented Iván Torres Vega. Photos alone don’t do justice to his work; in person, it felt like walking through a fairy tale. And beyond his artistry, Iván’s generosity shone through—when my mom’s dress wouldn’t stay up, he literally stepped in and tailored it on the spot. Who does that? Absolutely magical. We’re still floating on cloud nine, and much of that joy is thanks to Erica of Clean Plate Pictures, whose vision and presence put me at ease (especially as someone more used to being behind the camera). Her team captured every precious moment so effortlessly—it all felt natural, never forced. We just got our teaser photos back, and if those are just the previews, we can only imagine how breathtaking the full gallery will be. And let’s talk about the food. As a group of serious foodies, our guests were thrilled—and still talking—about the menu crafted by the extraordinary Juan Romero. We opted for the upgraded, customized selections, and wow… Chimichurri steak, Mediterranean lamb meatballs, tacos al pastor, smashies and more. Every bite was next-level delicious. We also highly recommend upgrading to include the flower bar—such a creative, memorable way to send your guests home with something special—and booking the extra hour on the farm. Also: don’t sleep on the silent disco package! It was the ultimate grand finale. Most of our guests had never experienced one before, and it turned out to be a massive hit. This was the first venue we looked at and we knew right away we needed to get married here. Truly one of the most beautiful ceremony locations I have ever seen. The team was amazing! We forgot the plug for our neon sign and they ran to the store to find a plug that worked. It poured 45 minutes before our ceremony, and the staff let us wait, and then dried everything off at the last minute, which gave us a rainbow at our ceremony. They were so flexible in making the timeline work due to our weather delay. The food was amazing, from the cocktail hour stations, to dinner, and the food at the after party. The venue felt so intimate and personal, we could not have picked a better place. 10000000% recommend!

I cannot recommend this venue more! Not only is it beautiful on the inside but Bryce and Courtney who help run the show put in so much time, effort, and energy into making it the best day you could imagine! After our initial meeting with Bryce it was a no-brainer to go with Novella’s. They were the only venue that said yes to all of our requests and let us make the wedding more catered to us as a couple (DIY stirrers, signage, centerpieces, etc.). They only do 1 wedding a day so you are their main focus for the duration of your day. He will answer your emails, texts, and set up meetings with you if you ask! He also added some ideas we wouldn’t have thought of and walked us through the timeline and process with our goals in mind. Our family/friend’s raved about the food during cocktail hour and dinner. Good portions and great quality! As the bride, I felt they ran a tight ship with no hiccups in sight and were easy to find if I had any questions. My guests said it was a true hidden gem that they didn’t know about but loved! They also have a deal with the local Pastry Garden to give you a custom cake included in the venue cost! The venue is within walking feet of a local hotel who are fabulous to work with and Bryce also let us use the outdoor patio for an amazing after party! Truly just good people to work with and SO easy to trust!
