We are the award-winning husband and wife duo behind Birch Tree Photography. We met in engineering school and starting shooting weddings together before we were even married. After our two adorable boys were born, Nina wanted to focus on being the best mom possible, so she switched gears a bit and started focusing on things like our couples' experience, scheduling, and social media. She still shoots a handful of weddings with me throughout the year, when time allows (or if there are food trucks involved... hint hint!)

Robin Tryon holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Bowling Green State University and the University of Akron and served for 30 years as adjunct professor of flute at the University of Mount Union. Dr. Elaine Anderson is a professor of music at the University of Mount Union. She holds Doctoral, Master’s, and Bachelor’s degrees in ‘cello performance, theory, and string education. Brent Schloneger holds a Masters degree in Piano Performance from Kent State University, has won first place in both piano solo and duo competitions, and currently works as a staff accompanist at the University of Mount Union.
