I have recently retired from the school system and have started a new chapter in my life, working full time in this new business of mine doing wedding, portrait and commercial photography, along with private art lessons, paint parties and private commissions.

I've had an interest in photography for as long as I can remember. Initially, the seed was planted by my older sister (she was interested so of course I was too). My first year of college, I can remember stressing over the age old question, "What do I want to do for the rest of my life?" I decided to start by taking classes that were interesting to me in hopes it would lead to something bigger. After my first photo class, I was officially hooked. I declared my concentration in photography (I was already an art major) and never looked back. Years and years later, I couldn't be happier with my decision!
