San Ramon Waters By Wedgewood Weddings was a stunning venue for our wedding, but we did experience some minor communication issues that caused a bit of stress at the start of the day. The space itself was truly breathtaking, with its amazing new upgrades and beautiful views. However, there were a few details that weren't properly communicated to us, which led to a bit of a rocky start. Although my bridal party and I had lots to deal with prior to ceremony start, these issues were not something our guests would have seen/noticed. To their credit, the Wedgewood team acknowledged their mistakes and upgraded our bar package to make up for it. Overall, the venue was beautiful and the staff did their best to ensure our day went smoothly, despite the initial hiccups. We would recommend San Ramon Waters to other couples looking for a gorgeous wedding location.

Shashi Hotel Mountain View was the perfect venue for our wedding celebration! From the moment we met Madeline Villanueva, the wedding coordinator, we knew we were in great hands. Her warm and friendly communication style made us feel like we were planning a birthday party with a close friend, rather than a formal wedding. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to fulfill all of our requests, ensuring our special day was flawless. The food and service at Broma, the on-site restaurant, was excellent, though the bar drinks were quite expensive. Overall, the value was excellent - our guests raved about the friendly service and amazing hotel amenities. We are thrilled with our decision to host our wedding at Shashi Hotel Mountain View and highly recommend working with Madeline and her team!

We just had our wedding at el PRADO this August and loved every minute of it! We had around 90 guests and held both ceremony and reception in the Terraza Ballroom, which was newly renovated with beautiful draping and chandeliers. The solarium and lounge space outside are also very stylish and welcoming. Sherry, our event coordinator, is so friendly, detail-oriented and quick to address any concern or question we had throughout the planning process. The hotel staff showed our guests great hospitality as well. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for something charming and intimate!

This venue brought our wedding to life with the sweeping views and nothing but rolling hills as far as the eye could see. We had great locations across the property picked out for photos which was very important to us as we didn't get any engagement photos. The layout of the pavilion worked perfectly for our group, our families loved it. The live band and catering from their preferred vendor list were a hit. As a wedding planner, I absolutely loved working with Lisa & the staff at Los Altos History Museum. The venue is a beautiful location to host a wedding - we flipped the space from ceremony to dinner during cocktail hour, and it turned out great. Lisa was always quick to respond to emails, give us tours of the space, and offer suggestions to use the space most effectively to make sure everything flowed smoothly for guests, which is always top of mind for us. Domenico Winery was the perfect venue for our wedding celebration. We struggled with finding a venue that was both close to where we lived, fit the number of guests we wanted while also fitting within our price range & the 'vibe' we were going for, but then in came Domenico (right under our noses!) From the very beginning, their communication was prompt, clear, and very open with any questions/customizations we wanted, which made the planning process seamless. They do require at a minimum a day of planner to help ensure the wedding day goes smoothly, and I'm so glad they did as between the venue coordination and wedding planner, I didn't have much to worry about the day of! The industrial, winery-inspired space had a modern and elegant feel that perfectly suited our vision. The staff went above and beyond to make us and our loved ones feel welcome and special, incorporating so many of the unique touches we wanted. The wedding food was amazing, we are still getting compliments from our family members about how Domenico's catering was some of the best wedding food they have ever had (chilean sea bass & short ribs were top hits)! Domenico's preferred vendors list was large & we found excellent vendors to work with (including our photographer & planner) through their recommendations. We were thrilled with how our wedding day turned out and are so grateful to the Domenico team (Karla, Aaron & everyone else!) for helping to make it an unforgettable experience. Would highly, highly recommend an event or wedding here, especially if you are SF Peninsula/Silicon Valley based and looking for a cool, local spot!

My husband and I were engaged in October 2023 and began looking at wedding venues the month after. We then finalized our booking with Redwood Canyon in January 2024 to give ourselves ample time for planning and financing for our big day on May 26th, 2025. Since we live on the East Coast and majority of our families reside in the Bay Area, we wanted to find a venue that could provide an all-inclusive package and bring our vision to reality - and Redwood Canyon checked all of those boxes... even going above and beyond. We are very happy with the entire process that led up to our special day and the outcome of our wedding. *1 year prior to the wedding* They kept us updated with some of the renovations they were making at the time. When we wanted to do a physical tour in June 2024, they fitted us into the schedule and showed us the actual colors of table cloths, napkins, lighting, etc. *8 months prior to the wedding* The wedding team sent us an invitation to the Fall Wedding Extravaganza Fair for late October 2024. We unfortunately couldn't make it, but they accommodated us by including our friend couple residing in the Bay Area to take over our place. Our friend couple FaceTimed us during the entire event to make us feel like we were there! They commented how it was nice to try out all the food options they had in the package to know what foods the couple would like to finalize for their wedding day. They also enjoyed the fun activities the DJ curated - there were two opportunities to win a prize from those activities. *5 months prior to the wedding* This was a two-hour call with the wedding team to go over our vision and details. I forgot the name of the person assisting us, but she was very patient and fun to talk with! She reassured us that if there were changes we'd like to make over the next few months, they'd be happy to accommodate. A few months later, vendors contacted us to further discuss additional details - officiant, cake, DJ, and florist. *1 week prior to the wedding* We had Jacoby as our amazing wedding coordinator and Ana to assist on our special day. They reviewed and confirmed details as well as what to expect on our Rehearsal Day, which was a day prior to our wedding. We loved their positive attitudes and professionalism throughout the process! *Wedding Day* Despite how fast and chaotic it felt, we truly appreciate Jacoby and Ana for keeping us on the right pace, consistently checking in with us, and making sure we were happy and comfortable throughout the day. If there was something I, my husband, our wedding party, and family needed, they were quick to provide it. They also knew where to put our decor and took some behind-the-scenes photos to share with us after our wedding. We had our photographer, Hayden from A Perfect Impression, who suggested all the right poses, shots, angles, and places to take our photos. Our DJ, Saul, was very accommodating with a song request and some changes that we communicated through email and text - the vibe of the ceremony and reception was perfect. The food was fantastic, the photobooth provided high-quality images that we could receive through a texted link. *Overall* If we could rate it more than 5 stars, we totally would! We are truly happy that we chose Redwood Canyon for our wedding - an amazing and friendly team with a beautiful venue that accommodated 80 of our guests!

My husband and I chose to have our wedding reception (170 guests) at Fogo de Chão in Santana Row, and we highly recommend it for anyone else considering a restaurant as a venue for a wedding reception. We were already familiar with both the Fogo de Chão San Francisco and Santana Row locations as we had dined at these two locations a few times prior to the wedding (both for date night and family outings). Each time the service was fantastic, so it was an easy choice for the both of us to make. I've assisted in planning wedding receptions for other family members and friends with various, typical, non-restaurant wedding reception venues, each and every time a different headache, so my husband and I knew for sure that choosing a restaurant would be the best choice. The Fogo de Chão team delivered and provided the easiest planning experience by far. Leo and Yelena provided us with timely updates, kept communication open, and kindly received and efficiently executed all of our requests. The night of our reception greatly exceeded our expectations. Fogo de Chão is a beautiful restaurant as is so very, very minimal decorations were needed. The quality of our dinner and service felt so luxurious. The staff was warm, highly attentive and catered to all of our guests' needs; we even had our own designated server for our sweetheart table. From the moment we inquired, all the way to the end of our wedding reception, Leo, Yelena, and the entire Fogo de Chão team made our experience extremely effortless, seamless, and memorable! Our guests to this day still rave about how delicious everything was, and the great time that they had! My husband and I are beyond happy and grateful that we were able to share our wedding day with the Fogo de Chão team. They made our wedding reception an event we will proudly look back on and cherish forever. A very heartfelt thank you to the Fogo de Chão team for this special time!

As a local California wedding photographer, I’ve had the joy of working at The Mountain Terrace in Woodside many times over the past few years, and it’s truly one of my favorite venues. Nestled among the towering redwoods, this place offers a magical blend of natural beauty and charm that’s perfect for weddings from 20 people to 150. No matter the size, it always feels like an elevated backyard weddings with seamless transitions between spaces with plenty of photo oppurtunities. The outdoor ceremony space, with its meadow and stunning views of the Bay Area, is absolutely breathtaking. And the transition to a yummy dinner on the deck makes for such a cozy evening to top off the celebration. Not to mention, the fire pits s’mores option at the end of the night is an excellent way to make sure all guests feel comfortable and can enjoy their time - dance party or no! From a photographer’s perspective, this venue is a dream. The redwoods, open spaces, and panoramic views create endless opportunities for gorgeous photos, no matter the season or time of day. Plus, the staff here are amazing - always professional, friendly, and on top of everything, making every event run smoothly. I highly recommend working with their venue coordinators to keep things running smoothly, and the kitchen staff is beyond. I ALWAYS look forward to dinners at Mountain Terrace as they use fresh and seasonal ingredients and have some of the best dinner options of any of the venues I’ve worked at. We loved how beautiful the setup is. The ceremony outside was so nice. The Redwood Hall is also so gorgeous for photos and fun for dancing. We also really liked the cocktail area. We got an animal ambassador and guests had fun seeing the ferret and kestrel. We got nothing but compliments related to how fun the venue was. We are so happy we chose this place for our wedding.
