Awarded Best of Zola
Something Borrowed Blooms provided the most lifelike and luxurious floral arrangements for our wedding day. The bouquets, ceremony pieces and boutonnieres were all incredibly realistic and high quality, with vibrant colors and lush textures that exceeded our expectations. In fact, as my husband and I were taking photos in a park, a bee even tried to pollinate my bouquet, drawn to its beauty and realism. Getting the boxes to the venue did require a bit of coordination, but with a little help from friends we were able to easily box them up the day after the wedding and ship them off via FedEx. We saved easily 2,000 thanks to Something Borrowed and you would never know the flowers were fake.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.9 (78 reviews)
Oklahoma City, OK
  • Starts at $350

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
I recommend 100% using flower moxie if you want to DIY your flowers. My cousin used them for her wedding and had a great experience so I decided to use for mine as well. I was worried since my wedding was on a Sunday that a Thursday delivery would have my flowers wilting by the time of the actual wedding. It was perfect. The flowers lasted so long. The recipes for the arrangements are easy to follow. Everyone loved my florals and was surprised it was DIY. I would totally use them again.

Woodland Floral Design Co.
Rating: 5.0 (77 reviews)
Biglerville, PA

Proud Cat & Dog Mom // Your New Wedding Vendor BFF It’s never been just about pretty flowers to me. I started out in social work because I wanted to serve and connect with others. I first entered the floral design world as an intern in 2016 and noticed a lack of originality in designs and a need for more connection between the florist and the couple. When I started WFD in 2019, I decided to prioritize both artistic designs and building long-term relationships with each couple. Planning my own wedding in 2021 gave me an even deeper appreciation for the importance of receiving creative expertise and genuine support from wedding vendors.

From the moment I said yes, I knew florals would be the highlight of decor for our wedding day. Flowers hold such sentimental value for me because I’d spend my springs planting hundreds of annuals with my baba: zinnias, dahlias, snapdragons, marigolds, begonias, etc. Going to my grandparents house was like going to a magical flower garden, and I wanted to recreate that feeling for our guests. After seeing Misha’s previous floral designs, I knew she would be able to bring what I had in mind to life; she did that and then some. The florals she lined my aisle with were exactly what I pictured: lush, whimsical, fun and filled with purples, oranges and greens. Those florals were then repurposed as centerpieces in the main reception tent and somehow became even more mystical underneath that lighting. On our way to the tent, we were amazed at the flowers on the seating chart wall. Dahlias and snapdragons, two of my absolute favorites… in colors that left me feeling the moody, romantic vibe I wanted and had described in design meetings with Misha leading up to the day. The flowers that adorned the tent’s entrance and up the poles created the most magical atmosphere. Sitting at our sweetheart table, we were surrounded by more florals that were repurposed from the ceremony; this time I believe from the gazebo, one of the most sentimental pieces of the day. Our reception tent really felt like a magical flower garden filled with our favorite people; exactly what we wanted for our wedding day.

Regan is truly an artist! I didn’t have an exact vision of what I wanted for our florals, but I was able to give her general direction and the vibe I was going for. She brought my ideas to life and then some! I teared up seeing my bouquet and then again walking into the reception. Even the groomsmen complimented their boutonnières saying they were the best ones they’ve seen. Thank you to her and her entire team for making our special day so magical!

I was so overwhelmed when I first started looking for florists for our wedding. There are so many options, and I didn’t even know where to start until I found Poppy. They break down the process and steps, making it super easy, almost to the point that it doesn’t feel real. To start, you meet with a floral consultant where you talk through your wedding details, the vibe you’re going for, the general needs, etc. Then they walk you through a list of various wedding floral options: bouquets, table arrangements, signage florals, ceremony florals, etc., and you start to narrow down what you want. In each section, they have a grouping of photos, and you can either select something from that or ask for more options. You can also tweak what they have shown (I picked florals that had eucalyptus in them and requested everything be switched to ruscus). After that, you have a while to go back in and adjust until a deadline, but they accommodated some last-minute adds I had as well. Our consultant was Sophia, and she was super responsive and wonderful to work with. Closer to the wedding, you get assigned a local florist who does the actual designing/styling and installing, and we were lucky enough to get Ron, who matched our inspo images EXACTLY. Everything was so beautiful, and I was so in love with my bouquet. He was also incredibly nice and set everything up so quickly. If you’re looking for something to make the whole floral selection easy, simple, and beautiful (also super transparent with costs), definitely go with Poppy!!

If I could give Becky 10 stars, I would. From the very beginning, she was the most supportive, communicative, and talented florist we could have ever hoped for for our wedding. Becky was always there for me, patiently answering my countless questions and seamlessly making any adjustments we needed. She never once wavered in supporting my vision; in fact, she took my ideas and brought them to life in ways I never could have imagined. The flowers were an absolute dream—a stunning combination of navy blue, baby blue, and yellow that truly transformed our venue and took our breath away. But what truly sets Becky apart is her incredible attention to detail and her thoughtful nature. Without me even mentioning it, she created a beautiful garland for our old Porches. Knowing how precious it was to us, she thoughtfully wrapped the garland with a kitchen towel to protect the surface paint from any scratches. That level of care and her ability to anticipate needs is just priceless. There are truly no words to describe my gratitude for her hard work and beautiful soul. I couldn't have asked for a better person to be our florist. If you are looking for someone who will listen, create magic, and treat your day with the utmost care, look no further than Becky. Thank you for everything

The granddaughter of two gardeners, I have always felt a connection to the earth through the soil. When someone brings flowers into a room, something changes...an energy, an excitement! I love being able to bring that kind of beauty into peoples lives. I'm a small-town girl who enjoys anything that involves working with my hands from cooking to knitting. I'm a total animal lover (partial to dogs), a die-hard Grey's Anatomy fan, and I take my martinis extra dirty. When I'm not flowering in our studio in Milford, Connecticut, I'm mommin' to three amazing little boys (our dog Pippa and cat, Galaxy).

When I first saw my wedding bouquet I was speechless! It was nothing like any other bouquet I had seen in the absolute best way! The flowers were gorgeous, vibrant, and truly unique, just like I wanted! Kate has such a keen ability to take inspiration photos, run with them, and create something incredibly gorgeous and in line with my vision. The florals she designed brought a lovely pop of color to our reception and pulled the natural look from the landscape into the space exactly like I envisioned. From little details like "snap-bracelet" corsages for the moms to a color-coordinating ribbon on the boutonnieres, Kate totally knocked it out of the park!

Jonathan and Faulks Floral Co are seriously heaven sent. Jon is SO talented. Faulks was recommended by a personal friend. I love the call & consultation for the inspo look of the wedding. He really listens and considers your dream vision. After the consultation, he provides the type of florals and the inspo look altogether, which is SO helpful. I wanted spring, pops of color. I also desired to include my love for the ocean into my wedding. How do you combine all those elements to a ranch wedding? A rustic coastal wedding! Touches of beautiful driftwood with floral for the reception tables, my cascading bouquet, my arch, EVERYTHING with all the details are extroadinary. It was my dream come true. I also appreciate that he is open and more than comfortable to customize his services to your budget! Very flexible. It is a joy to keep these pieces from my wedding forever. Faulks Floral Co is a hidden gem of southern California, very memorable vendor. The kindest and most artistic guy! We are so lucky and appreciate him going above and beyond, making our day that much more special. Thank you Jon! -Krystal & Dillon

      The Faux Bouquets
      Rating: 5.0 (42 reviews)
      Redlands, CA
      • Starts at $175

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

      Awarded Best of Zola
We were so delighted to use The Faux Bouquets for our wedding. We ended up having a family emergency that forced us to downsize the size and budget of the wedding just a few months before the wedding, and the team at TFB were so accommodating and helped us to find a solution that still allowed us to use their flowers in our (modified) ceremony. We were a bit concerned about the flowers getting smushed in shipping, but they arrived looking absolutely STUNNING and with plenty of time before the big day. Even my gardener of a grandma couldn't tell they weren't real flowers! We were so happy with how everything looked on the day, and in pictures they look just as lovely. Can't recommend The Faux Bouquets enough! There's no visual difference compared to real bouquets and they are much more affordable. The last big selling point that I would advise future brides, and I did not really consider this, is that because the flowers don't wilt, we could set the decor out the night before--which is a LIFESAVER to not have to worry about on the special day! Anything that will save you time and stress on the day of the wedding is a big win!

Dragonfly Flowers was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! Their communication style was charismatic, friendly, and they always provided quick responses, while also being incredibly flexible to our needs. The quality of their work and the value they provided was unmatched - the flowers were high value, high quality, and truly exceeded our expectations. As a small business that shops locally, they created bouquets and arrangements that were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. In fact, people were raving about how stunning the flowers were, saying they were the most gorgeous they had ever seen at a wedding. We ended up taking as many flowers home as we could because we didn't want the beauty to end. Dragonfly Flowers also wrote us a heartfelt letter explaining the meaning behind each type of flower they chose, which we will cherish forever. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

My earliest memories are always centered around picking flowers in my mothers gardens. I would grab one of the glass bottles she collected and play around with any flowers I could find. Flower design is my passion. My shop is located in our 150 year old barn that in itself is full of character. I try to be a vendor who is easy and fun to work with. I am human and understand money does not grow on trees so I try my hardest to work within the client's budget. Each bouquet I create tells a story, each unique beautiful.

Omg where do I even begin??! Nicole is a master of her craft. I reached out in December 2022 for my May 5, 2024 wedding and I knew after our first phone call that she was the one I wanted designing my flowers and centerpieces. We instantly clicked and she knew exactly what I was envisioning and how to get us there. All throughout the process she kept me involved and was constantly making sure it’s what I wanted. Even though I knew what colors she was going with I was still left absolutely speechless when my bouquets were delivered to my hotel room the morning of. And when I walked into the venue and saw the centerpieces I was in awe. Like she blew it out of the water. Nicole is one of the most kind hearted, beautiful people I’ve met throughout my whole wedding planning process and even in my life and I’m beyond grateful for her. Thank you Nicole for making our wedding so special and memorable!!

            About wedding florists

How much do wedding bouquets cost?

Wedding bouquets vary in cost by bouquet size, quantity and density of blooms, season, and flower type. Your wedding location and cost of living will also have an impact. In general, you can expect to pay $200–$400 for a larger main bouquet, and $100–$250 for smaller wedding party bouquets. Communicate openly with your florist about your budget and vision—colors and inspirational photos are often more helpful to your florist than specific types of flowers.

How can we save money on our wedding flowers?

Couples are often surprised by the amount of their budget spent on wedding flowers. Labor and variable wholesale costs add up quickly! To save, avoid anything that needs to be installed day-of and stick to “wear and carry.” This means the florist simply drops off the arrangements (bouquets, boutineers, centerpieces, etc.) at your venue for you to place yourselves. Something like a ceremony arch, by contrast, requires multiple people to set up and take down on site, often with a service charge of up to 40%. Talk openly with your florist about the look you want to achieve, rather than specific flowers you want. They can suggest flower species and options to make your vision happen in a way that fits your budget.
