From the beginning of booking to the fruition of our event, the staff was incredibly helpful, engaged, and excitable about bringing our vision to life. They were always quick to respond on Honeybook or via zoom or in person to meet our needs. The team absolutely rolled with all of my ideas, letting me make the big decisions while providing thoughtful suggestions where necessary. The venue itself is absolutely stunning - a huge, classic and elegant space that was laid out perfectly to accommodate the different portions of our event. The venue as a blank canvas is enough, but really shone with the additional vendors. My husband and I only needed one visit to know this team and venue were conducive to our vision. As a type A, organized bride, the team really brought the coordination to life for me!! I was not stressed at all the day of and I kid you not- not a single thing went wrong or amiss. I would not change a single thing. We had the dream wedding and I wish I could do it all over again.”

“Polkbros has great, effective and efficient communication. They were so easy to book and work with. We specifically booked Polkbros for their Videography and Photobooth. Caleb was our videographer and we cannot rave about him enough. He really went the extra mile to be personable with the entire wedding party and immediate family. He helped me and my husband laugh until our stomachs hurt, comforted us when we were nervous, and got us out of our shells when needed. He worked great along side our photographer and got the guests into the reception for the "party" portion of the video. The photobooth was also perfect, we love that we got to pick our own design for what the print outs would look like, and that we get to have access to them after the fact (digitally). They had great props and all of the guests loved that they got to take some fun photos home with them! Polkbros has so many other services that they offer that we didn't utilize but if you're looking for a one stop shop, this is the vendor for you. They will make your day truly special and will do anything for you! Also the more you book with them, the more they will bundle to help you out!”

Albert is a perfectionist - he was so intentional with every moment and could get inspiration from anything! Seeing him lose himself in his work was truly inspiring and made our time together so much more meaningful. 4. **Communication** - From the beginning, middle, to the end - Albert was always present. He was always early - to ensure he was set up and to get a clear vision of what could be done! He was very accessible at any moment we needed him to obtain any clarifications or even to share an idea! “Their professional approach made the whole day feel organized and graceful. The lead offered a calm tone that truly set the mood. We had a detailed shot list and they honored it but also captured spontaneous magic. The video’s beginning scene (morning prep) is cinematic and so intimate I watch it and remember the smell of coffee and flowers. They really took care with family heirloom shots and made them look stunning. Album sequencing was handled with care, and we loved being consulted on layout. They used subtle techniques to keep photos natural while still polished. Our wedding guests commented multiple times on how respectful and patient the team was. The delivery package was beautiful and included a few surprise prints we loved. Couldn’t ask for a better duo.”

“Serenity Events was the perfect wedding planning team for our big day. From the very beginning, Autumn was incredibly efficient, thorough, and upbeat in her communication style. She was always available to answer our questions and provide her professional, kind, and calm guidance. We gave Autumn a run for her money as our wedding venue was Rob parents house that was under construction until a couple days before our wedding day. We had to make changes to our original wedding plans due to excessive rain and hurricane Milton causing flooding, Autumn remained flexible and helped us pull off an absolute miracle. The day our of wedding, the ceremony was supposed to be lake side. Well, its Florida and it rained. So, yet again plans had to be changed. But, Autumn had a plan for every scenario, which allowed us to stay relaxed and simply enjoy our special day. Thanks to Autumns expertise and positive attitude, along with her assistance, Nikki and Allie, our wedding ended up being more spectacular than we ever could have imagined.
