“Our wedding at The Lake House Inn was enchanted from beginning to end. Perched on the lake and surrounded by state parklands in Bucks County, PA, it provided a dreamy, nature-infused location that’s an easy drive from NYC and conveniently close to Center City Philadelphia. The historic yet contemporary design created an inviting, stylish space. We held our ceremony in the breathtaking ceremony area overlooking the water, where the views amplified the romance. The beautiful lakefront ballroom served as an ideal reception hall, with room for all our celebrations. The huge indoor-outdoor cocktail hour space was versatile and guest-friendly, featuring beautiful bars where Joe the bartender crafted memorable drinks. Jeffrey Miller Catering impressed with their delicious and well-presented food selections. Marina the innkeeper was wonderfully attentive, like a nanny to the event, and Craig the event manager coordinated everything with expertise. Utilizing the 18 overnight rooms, we created a slumber party wedding that lingered into the weekend. The bridal suite offered panoramic views for stunning moments, while the grooms lounge with its pool table was a casual favorite. The venue is beautiful rain or shine, and we loved concluding with the fire pit after-party and toasts in the historic wine cellar. Highly endorse this exceptional venue!”

“If you are debating whether or not to hire a videographer - do yourself the biggest favor and BOOK TAG VISUAL!!! My husband and I were on the fence about getting a wedding video and looking back it was the absolute best decision we could have made. We laughed and cried watching our video and genuinely couldn't be happier, friends and family sent photos of them tearing up after watching our highlights video. Tag is QUICK - we got married on a friday and got our highlights video back the following tuesday, then got our full length video that very next wednesday, within 5 days of our wedding. Pat was a dream to work with, super responsive, kind, and so organized. Our videographer arrived early and blended in so seamlessly that we forgot we were even being filmed! Some of the most special behind the scenes moments were captured without us even realizing it. I can not get over the quality of our video, I felt like I was watching an award winning documentary. There were a few minor hiccups during the ceremony and reception (that were not caused by him), but he was able to be quick on his feet and keep the wedding flowing. The photo booth package he has available is a MUST! Guests were raving about the printouts and the quality of the photos! Attached is an example of what the printouts look like. These also can be sent to your phone and will be emailed to you the next day. We were beyond happy to with the energy, music selections, effort, and work Ryan put out for our wedding! “There aren't enough positive things that I can say about Terrain and their team! I knew well before my wedding day that picking Terrain for our wedding was going to be the best decision I made, and I was SO right. Planning was smooth, well thought out, and easy! Carla was my coordinator and WHAT A BOSS!!! Between the planning process being fun with her to the day where rain came semi unexpectedly and Carla perfectly timed the ceremony in between boughts of rain, ensuring we could utilize the beautiful temple area for the ceremony. The team squeegeed the aisle and chairs for the guests to ensure their comfort which was truly beyond what I had ever thought of! Every guest raved about how incredibly well the entire evening ran, they loved the gorgeous property, and the food was not only raved about but it was so plentiful that one of our guests genuinely thought that there was not a sit down dinner after cocktail hour because they had access to so many different hors d'oeuvres! Not only did the guests enjoy the whole evening, but my husband, our parents, and myself all felt BEYOND taken care of all day by all of the staff. I truly did not think once the entire event and that's just a nod to how well taken care of you are the entire time. My bridal attendants were attentive, helped me with a dress change, and all around hyped me up throughout the day, adding to the joy of it all! As a wedding vendor myself (photographer) I can not speak highly enough about Terrain and their staff at Styer's. It's a literal no brainer to book with them!”

Our Farm sits on 54-Acres in Bucks County. Our Seed Barn was originally built back in the 1820's. Our Seed Barn was restored in the Summer of 2016 & seats 160-200 people. Attached to the back of the Seed Barn is a beautiful deck that overlooks the ceremony site. In the lower level of the Seed Barn is our Groom’s Suite! Here you will find a pool table, TV, lounge seating area & more. In 2020 we built our Harvest Barn attached to the Seed Barn through a breezeway. This is home for our commercial kitchen, on-site bathrooms, smaller event space and bridal suite. Lastly, we have a Farm-to-Table bakery onsite for your dessert table & custom wedding cake. “My husband and I had one non-negotiable for our wedding - to have a live band. We went to the BVT showcase and immediately fell in love with Experience. They were a little bit out of our budget, but we decided to book them anyways and cut back on other things and let me tell you ...they were worth every single penny!!! Luke is the nicest, coolest guy and so great to work with!! He listened to every request we had leading up and I truly didn't think about a thing during the wedding day - he had our timeline completely under control and kept us on track (and if we were running behind I still have no idea because he's that good!!). The band is INCREDIBLE and had our guests on the dance floor all night!! I realized at the end of the night I never even changed out of my heels into my white sneakers because that would have meant leaving the dance floor. Our guests are still telling us how amazing the band was and several of them even got their card for their own events! Having Experience was the best decision we made!! Thank you to all of you for making our wedding day so memorable and fun!!”

“We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding day than Terrain Gardens at Devon Yard. From the very beginning of the planning process, their communication was clear, open, and incredibly easy, making us feel confident and at ease every step of the way. We had monthly meetings/check in's with the event manager, Tiffany, who was extremely helpful in keeping us organized, The venue itself is absolutely stunning, blending rustic charm with modern elegance. It’s an ideal spot for couples looking for something that’s both natural and contemporary. The staff at Terrain went above and beyond to ensure our day ran smoothly. They took care of every detail, from setting up our decor—guest book station, seating chart, bar signs, and even our Jellycat wedding eggs—to coordinating everything seamlessly on the day of. All we had to do was show up and enjoy the experience. Tiffany was a true professional and kept everything running flawlessly, which made us feel so relaxed and able to focus on celebrating with our guests. One of the highlights of the day was the bridal suite experience right after the ceremony. We were greeted with our signature drinks and a gorgeous charcuterie spread, with two of every appetizer we selected! It was the perfect way to kick off the cocktail hour and enjoy some quiet time before heading back to the festivities. Overall, we’re beyond grateful to the entire Terrain team for making our wedding day so memorable. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and stunning venue made it an unforgettable experience. “Best makeup artist ever! Hired Alicia to do my bridal makeup and absolutely loved it! We started with a bridal trial which really helped solidify what I was looking for for my wedding day! I was comfortable enough to make some changes from the trial run. The wedding day makeup was perfect. She also did my five bridesmaids and mother of the bride and mother of the groom. Everyone was very pleased with her work and the makeup lasted ALL DAY even through happy tears. Alicia is a joy to work with and is amazing at her job! Cinematography has given me the creative outlet to tell stories that I always wanted growing up and my couples have given me amazing stories to tell. My main philosophy when it comes to Wedding Filmmaking is that it is not only about creating a video that tells the story of the wedding day, but it’s also about creating a film that tells the story of the couple. My filming style has been described as documentarian and pleasantly discrete. I may stage a few shots from time to time and I will work with the photographer as they are posing you for specific shots, but my films are defined by the fleeting moments in the midst of a very busy day.

Seth was professional and captured every moment that was important to us throughout the day. We unfortunately had a pretty wet and rainy day but the way that Seth filmed you would have NO idea. “DJ Pat Ryan is the best there is!! Everything was PERFECT, and he absolutely exceeded our expectations. People loved the food, florals, venue, etc. - but we received by far the most compliments about DJ Pat. I (bride) never left the dance floor once... The mixing and transitions to pack as many songs in as possible was fantastic. We like a pretty broad range of genres, and he absolutely nailed it. There was also an amazing balance of music for different generations present - way better executed than we could have dreamed of. We also appreciated the pep talk for our wedding party beforehand, it really set the tone for the whole night! It was really nice getting to know DJ Pat leading up to the wedding as well. He was always available to chat via video call or text if needed. And his shared spreadsheet helped us immensely during the chaos that is wedding planning (especially planning from abroad).
