Our musicians perform on world-class instruments, and we provide full liability coverage, backup plans, and a personalized planning process—complete peace of mind for you and your planner.

How early do you come to set up?

We typically arrive and set up at least one hour before the seating begins. This is unique in our industry, as most musicians only arrive about 30 minutes prior. By arriving earlier, we set an industry standard, ensuring we’re fully prepared, sound-checked, and ready well before your guests arrive—giving you complete peace of mind

We don’t charge any additional travel or breakdown fees—our pricing is straightforward and all-inclusive.

We are the only professional string quartet based on Cape Cod, and being local makes a true difference. There’s no risk of long-distance travel delays that can affect groups driving from off-Cape, especially on busy summer weekends. Our strong regional knowledge and relationships with venues, planners, and vendors across Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts allow us to coordinate seamlessly with your team. We’ve seen out-of-area groups arrive late—or not at all—leaving couples scrambling. We’re often asked to step in, but our schedule is usually full, which is why booking local from the start is such an important safeguard.

Are you a local string specialized business or a national chain?

Many of our competitors are large national companies that do not contribute to the Cape Cod and South Shore economies. They often provide bulk services that are not specialized in strings. By contrast, CCSQ is a highly specialized group that focuses exclusively on this art form. While others may offer attractive rates, they cannot match the peace of mind, specialized expertise, and local knowledge we bring.
