    Last minute cancelation and no response

    I do think your response is minimizing this situation and how it was handled. You canceled an hour before we were supposed to have our zoom call and then said you attempted to find a backup and couldn’t. You didn’t even have the decency to call us and explain. Instead you sent a short one paragraph email an hour before our scheduled zoom call. Leading up to your last minute cancelation , you would forget about meetings, constantly reschedule and I continued to give you the benefit of the doubt and be flexible. Again the entire process was unprofessional and disappointing. I just hope no other bride and groom have to deal with this two weeks prior to their big day. At a minimum I think we were deserved a phone call to explain the situation as we are very understanding but instead you sent a short email and wouldn’t return any calls or texts. Instead you ignored our calls, texts and stopped responding entirely. Not professional or kind.

    Canceled two weeks prior to wedding

    We booked Donald The DJ for our wedding and unfortunately had a terrible experience. From the start, he was unreliable with meetings and would frequently miss scheduled calls without explanation. About two weeks before our wedding day, he canceled on us completely and gave a vague excuse about not being able to find coverage. When we tried to reach him to discuss what happened, he would not answer our calls or texts. This left us scrambling to find a replacement DJ just days before our big day, which caused us unnecessary stress during what should have been an exciting time. We would not recommend Donald The DJ to other couples.

    The Best DJ

    Donald and his wife were absolutely amazing. We loved having them for our wedding day. They played absolutely wonderful music and we all had such an amazing time. He helped to navigate the entire ceremony and keep things flowing smoothly. Very professional and caring. Everyone raved about the music and wanted to start dancing before it was even time. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful service and being able to share in our special day. Top notch, highly recommend and would definitely use your services again in the future.
