The Thistle and the Rose

The Thistle & The Rose have performed together as a duo since 2016, delighting audiences as featured performers at the 2017 through 2021 Alexandria Irish Festivals, Mid-Maryland Celtic Festival, and even at the Irish Embassy to the United States in D.C. and as invited performers at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts!! Also, for a host of private groups, parties and restaurants, such as The Irish Whisper at National Harbor, Murphy’s and O’Connell’s in Old Town Alexandria, and a score of new breweries and cideries!

As experieced festival and restaurant perfromers, we have an engaging style with audiences we can work into our reception and wedding ceremony performances through creative interaction with our clients. Just ask, and we can work out performance details that will be forever memorable!
