Hearth Patisserie
Hearth cakes and pastries are based in French technique and method but with a more American take on flavor. It is a mesh of the best two aspects of classic American and French desserts. The cakes tend to have a more whimsical or natural feel to the design.
Holly, owner of Hearth Patisserie, earned her degree in L'Art de la Patisserie at the French Pastry School in Chicago. She worked in Chicago since 2012 starting as a baker and continued her career working at the renown French restaurant Everest, a 30 year old Michelin star institution. Later she worked with Gage Hospitality help managing three restaurants and then continued on to work at Two Michelin rated Acadia. In 2019 Holly moved to Cleveland to use all her experience to start her own pastry business. Hearth Patisserie is a Cleveland cottage kitchen where everything is made from scratch and with real ingredients.

Elegant and Delicious
We had a wonderful experience working with Holly from Hearth for our wedding last year. From the design inspirations and tastings through to the delivery on our wedding day, Holly was an exceptional partner. On top of creating a beautiful showpiece for our wedding, Holly was able to accommodate our allergy requests and provide a delightful smash cake for a one-year-old guest's birthday. Would highly recommend working with her!
Highly recommend
Hearth Patisserie was a fantastic choice for our wedding desserts. From the start, Holly were quick to respond to our inquiries and very easy to work with, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, the desserts were an absolute hit - the macarons in particular were delicious and our guests raved about them. In fact, there were hardly any leftovers at the end of the night, which is a testament to how much everyone enjoyed the treats. The set-up was beautiful as well! We're so glad we went with Hearth Patisserie and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for top-notch wedding cakes and desserts!
Better than we could have imagined!!!
Holly made us the most perfect dessert table filling it with all kinds of treats! We knew we wanted a full table of options so guests could grab and go and she delivered! All the instruction we gave was fall flavors and knew we wanted her to be creative and trusted her judgment. It did not disappoint!!!!! She filled the table with 2 small cakes, croquembouche, and lots of small bites that were not only super tasty but so freaking BEAUTIFUL!! Highly recommend!
Wedding Cake & Desserts - May 2021
Working with Holly at Hearth Patisserie was an absolute treat and she did an amazing job helping our wedding vision come to life. One aspect of working with Hearth Patisserie that was unique was that we were able to customize every aspect of our wedding cake and the desserts for our wedding. Holly had provided an incredible selection of flavors to choose from and set up a private tasting for us that allowed us to mix, match, and choose various cakes, fillings, and creams for each layer of the cake. Every element was so delicious that we picked three different flavor profiles for each of the three cake levels. There was a variety of options for other desserts for our wedding as well and Holly made it easy on us to make our selections, all of which were not only absolutely delicious, but the presentation was phenomenal. The dessert table added to the beauty of our wedding day. We very much enjoyed working with Holly for our wedding and are looking forward to more special occasions to celebrate with some of her delicious cakes and treats!
