Hi, I’m Valerie, a local dessert vendor specializing in full-service, on-site dessert experiences for weddings and special events. I offer interactive dessert bars and carts, including churros & ice cream, mini pancakes, ice cream sundae bars, s’mores, and tres leches cake minis! giving guests a fun, customizable experience. I also create mini wedding cakes perfect for photos and intimate cake-cutting moments. I’d love to be part of your special day!

I take traditional desserts and add a fun, interactive twist, creating an experience your guests will enjoy. My goal is to make every dessert moment feel special, memorable, and a unique part of your celebration.

    Best Churros!

    Valerie was amazing to work with! We loved all of the different topping options she offered it made the churro experience feel extra fun and customizable for guests. The added ice cream sundae option was such a hit too!!! She brought such a sweet, thoughtful touch to the event, and we were so happy to have her there!!!

    Delicious churros!!

    We had a churro cart for dessert at our rehearsal dinner, and it was such a hit! Churros were fried fresh on-site and served warm, so good. And the ice cream on top was the perfect finishing touch!

    Wedding cake

    We had a mini wedding cake for our cake cutting photos, the designs was simple as requested, but the flavor was delicious! Especially homemade strawberry filling.
