We are the Northwoods Food Factory and here in the north woods of Minnesota, we create some of the most delectable artisan desserts and sweet treats and we do it the old-fashioned way. By hand. In our kitchen. In small batches. With love and care and pride. We’ve been doing this for years and, though we do one thing and one thing only, we do it well.

Creating gourmet quality, specialty desserts and sweet treats involves old-fashioned, family style cooking. No mass production here. Each batch is hand made and hand packaged. Why do we do it this way when we could use commercial methods? Because making gourmet desserts and sweet treats is an art form and we are proud to call ourselves artists. After years of being told, “you should sell these sinfully delicious desserts and sweet treats” we are doing precisely that.
