Gluten-friendly and dairy-free options are available upon request for guests with dietary preferences or mild sensitivities. Please note that our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free or dairy-free facility; we handle wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts daily. Due to cross-contamination risks, our products are not recommended for those with Celiac disease or severe allergies. Parinda Cupcakes is not liable for allergic reactions, as we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. We do not offer sugar-free or keto-friendly desserts at this time.

Does your price include tastings?

Accepted Answer

No. We offer 30–45 minute consultations for $57 to discuss your wedding vision and design. Available in-person, by phone, or via video, this session includes a tasting box with five signature flavors plus one seasonal selection. For those short on time, tasting boxes are also available for at-home sampling a few times a year. These dates are announced periodically; if interested, please inquire at least two weeks in advance. To get started, complete our wedding inquiry form, and we’ll contact you within 48 hours to coordinate.

Are you licensed by the state health department?

We operate legally under the Cottage Food Law, which allows us to create beautiful desserts from our home kitchen. For your peace of mind and venue requirements, we are fully insured and maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality in our professional home studio.

Does your price include delivery?

Accepted Answer

No. Available for Orders Over $350: Delivery starts at $45, plus $1 per mile round trip beyond a 10-mile radius from our location. Example: Delivery to Ankeny (36 miles round trip): 36 miles - 10 miles = 26 miles 26 miles x $1 = $26 Total delivery charge = $45 + $26 = $71

How do I know what size to order?

When choosing a size, balance your guest count with your budget. We suggest providing servings for 80–100% of your guests. Intimate Bundle (40–60 servings): Best for micro-weddings. Signature Collection (75–100 servings): Our most popular mid-sized option. Grand Celebration (125–150+ servings): High-impact for large crowds. Budget Tip: For the most cost-effective option, choose a 6" Cutting Cake for photos and supplement with Cupcakes. If you have a larger budget, a Three-Tiered Bespoke Cake creates a stunning centerpiece. If you're over budget, supplement with our dessert add-ons by the dozen to ensure everyone gets a treat!

While we don't offer cake alternatives like pies or cheesecakes, we provide a delicious variety of Gourmet Dessert Add-ons to complement your wedding cake or create a full dessert bar! Popular Add-ons Include: Signature Floral Cupcakes: Hand-piped botanical designs. Gourmet Cookies: Brown Butter Chocolate Chip with Sea Salt. Decadent Bars: Fudgy Brownies, Blondies, and Pecan Pie bars. These are available by the dozen and are a budget-friendly way to ensure every guest finds a treat they love.
