Carolina Crust

We are mobile caterers in Raleigh-Durham, NC that brings the fun to you or your office. We offer wood-fired pizza cooked on our Mugnani Valoriani® oven, fresh salads, seasonal appetizers and a variety of other top-notch entrees out of our custom International Harvester truck. To top it off, we have 4 beer taps on the truck!​ Carolina Crust was founded by father and son, John and Mike Cline. We wanted to build a mobile pizzeria in Raleigh-Durham together that lives at the intersection of fun and work that they could do together and be surrounded by happy people. After many days of deliberation (and beers)... Bam! Carolina Crust was born.

Beef or chicken? Many of our customers stated they wanted to do something unique yet of the highest quality that allowed family and friends to enjoy their special day in a relaxed yet stylish way. One facet of our business is doing wedding catering in Raleigh-Durham, we just happen to operate mobile. We are not a food truck trying to pick up catering work. There is a subtle difference. We are experienced working with venues and wedding planners to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch on the day you are “getting hitched”. Our goal is to integrate seamlessly into your vision of your wedding day.
