We began our culinary journey in 1984 and have remained true to our core values since the very start. Accommodated French Inspired Wedding Menu

I absolutely loved working with Critics Choice Catering for our wedding! They were incredibly accommodating with our budget, which we truly appreciated. One of the biggest highlights was that the venue partners directly with Critics Choice, so having both the catering and tableware handled in-house removed so much stress from the planning process. Kaycie was wonderful to work with — enthusiastic, organized, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. From our very first tour to the food tasting and final details meeting, she listened carefully to our needs and was always quick to respond to every text or call. Everything turned out picture-perfect, and it was magical seeing the venue transformed for our big day. Kaycie also provided excellent vendor recommendations, which saved me so much time since we had a short planning timeline. We used her suggested photographer, florist, and bridal party makeup team, and they were all fantastic. I highly recommend adding the day-of coordination with Kaycie and her team. I didn’t have to answer a single question on the wedding day — everything ran seamlessly. The coordinators were amazing, especially when I had a bustle mishap with my dress and they fixed it in seconds! They truly took care of us all evening, greeting us with drinks and appetizers upon arrival and managing the timeline perfectly. The Critics Choice Catering chef curated a French-inspired wedding menu to reflect us as a Franco-American couple, and the ideas were absolutely amazing. We selected appetizers including a fruit and cheese board, goat cheese and onion puff pastry, and smoked salmon crème fraîche blinis. For dinner, we enjoyed a French winter pear, blue cheese, and endive salad, followed by boeuf bourguignon, magret de canard (duck breast), ratatouille, and gratin dauphinois potatoes. We even had a late-night snack of al pastor tacos with pineapple salsa, which was a huge hit! The food tasting experience was excellent, and overall the food on the wedding day was outstanding. Unfortunately, the duck was slightly overcooked and a few of my immediate family members were served later than others, minimal complaints. Aside from that, everything was excellent — and the bartender was absolutely outstanding! Overall, between the incredible catering, thoughtful menu, seamless coordination, and amazing service, Critics Choice Catering truly helped make our wedding day unforgettable. I highly recommend them to any couple looking for an stress-free and delicious wedding experience.

We had a wonderful experience working with Kaycie at Critic's Choice to help make our wedding everything we imagined and more! We chose the Asian Fusion package and our guests raved about the food and the overall experience Kaycie's team created. Having unique and tasty food was really important to us, and the gyoza station, poke bite appetizers, and all our other selections were a hit! One of my favorite wedding memories is looking out at our guests enjoying their delicious dinner surrounded by the gorgeous tablescape the team at CC helped set up to bring my vision to life. Magical!

Critics Choice did such a fantastic job with our wedding and we have received so many compliments about how great their food was! I cannot thank Kaycie enough for all of her hard work leading up to and during our big day. She was really committed to making our dream a reality and did such an amazing job putting everything together!

Summary If you are planning a wedding and unsure of where to start. Start here. Start with Kaycie and her team. Put your trust in her, her vision, and the team she has. They are amazing, professional, pay attention to all the details (large and small), fun, and will be there every step of the way to ensure everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING, will go off without a hitch. The Planning From the time I reached out to Kaycie via Zola, she was responsive, available, flexible, and most importantly, she took the TIME to discuss things with me and answer all of my questions (and I had A LOT). She truly LIFTED a weight off my shoulders and helped me plan the best day while living 3,000 miles away. Yes, that is right, I planned a wedding for ~200 people from 3,000 miles away in Boston, MA with her help, and you would never have guessed it because it was flawless. There were no glitches and she was even able to help us get some last minutes items to help make the day even more memorable like glass champagne flutes and helping to collect our gift box during the night. The Food In addition to all of the above, the food was AMAZING. We enjoy cooking and were a bit nervous with a catering company, but the chicken and fish were moist, the meat tender, the veggies were roasted so well, the rolls, the appetizers and the late-night snacks (completely Kaycie's idea that I almost did not do and they ended up being a real hit and needed!!), were ALL SO INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS!! Final Notes I cannot thank her and her team enough for making a difficult task and a long day feel effortless and so much more than the day I could have ever hoped for. I was not sure what to expect when we arrived, but she even met us a few days before the first time we met in person to do a final walk-through that helped us envision the day and she DELIVERED and then some! Do not doubt that you won't need the help, you will. Do not wait until you have already pulled your hair out, because you'll get there. If you read nothing else, read this: YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH CRITICS CHOICE. CHOOSE KAYCIE AND HER TEAM!! P.S. I am planning to add some photos soon!
