Event Coordinator

Founded in 2004 by the Kell family and partnered with Corey and Allie Shupert in 2010, we have been perfecting our craft for over 20 years as downtown Canton's most established and seasoned restaurant. We even have our own day! December 20th, 2024 was officially named "Downtown Kitchen Day" by the city of Canton in recognition of our contributions to the community.

As a truly chef owned restaurant, we combine fresh ingredients and from scratch recipes to deliver an experience that you won't forget! Some favorites include our famous hanger steak, Florentine crusted chicken, and unique fresh catch dishes. We are happy to customize the menu to your desires, taste, and budget.

    Downtown Kitchen catered our wedding, and they were amazing. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. We had multiple guests tell us how good everything was! Mike was great to work with. He was organized, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process feel really smooth from start to finish. It took a lot of stress off knowing everything was handled. The presentation was also beautiful and really well put together. It didn’t feel like typical catering, it felt a little more elevated and thoughtful. If you’re planning a wedding and want food people will actually remember, I’d definitely recommend Downtown Kitchen.

    Downtown Kitchen was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication was thorough and responsive, which was so helpful during the stressful planning process.
