We used EJ Catering to cater our wedding in May. Fabulous doesn’t even cut it. In many cases, catering orders can be dry or bland when done for large groups. I personally went to every table to ask how everyone’s meal was and our guests RAVED about the food and cleaned their plates. One couple even noted that they hope their wedding meal tastes even half as good as ours the next weekend since they used different caters. In fact, we ate the leftovers the next few nights and there are already gone! Ernie and Jane personally respond to each email, do the trial, and will show up on your big day. They are very professional and care deeply about their work and making quality food. I would use them again and again and cannot recommend them enough!

Absolute rave reviews from our wedding guests on the menu of items we picked out with Jane & Ernie for our big day buffet - the bourbon chicken was a huge hit and of course the filets were cooked to perfection. My now husband even said their mashed potatoes (almost) rivaled my homemade ones . Only disappointment was the realization that we couldn’t have 2Step cook for us every day! Outside of just the food, they also provided us with plates/glassware/flatware & their bartending service - everything we worked with them on was top quality & top notch. Would 10000% recommend them for any of your future full service catering needs.

The quality of their work was exceptional - the food they served at our wedding was absolutely delicious and they were able to accommodate my food allergies with no issues. They went above and beyond to ensure that we and our guests were well taken care of throughout the event. On top of their great service, EJ 2Step Caterers were also incredibly budget-friendly, making them an excellent value. We highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding!

If you want the best wedding food you’ve ever had in your life, service that is unmatched, and owners who genuinely care about you and your wishes for your big day then EJ 2 step is who you need. We received so many compliments not only on our food but also on the service that was provided! Their servers were kind, polite, and went above and beyond. They kindly packed my husband and I up to go boxes to enjoy at the end of the night as weddings really do get crazy! Ernie & Jane are some of the most genuine and lovable people I have ever met. All of my guests with allergens were taken care of and it truly was the best time. They were also extremely transparent from the start about cost and willing to work with us 100%! Jane even started knowing what we liked and our style and knew exactly what empanadas we would pick for our cocktail hour before we even tasted them! I have literally nothing negative to say about Ernie & Jane and neither does my husband! They are truly the best caterers and amazing people!
