Ferah Catering & Events
I have a passion for hospitality, outstanding service, and changing the reputation of wedding food... it can be memorable and delicious! I have spent over 20 years in gourmet kitchens across the world. When I came to Texas in 2009 I fell in love with Southern cuisine. After many years in luxury hotels across DFW, in 2016 I created Tex-Med cuisine (modern Mediterranean with a Texan twist) which combines the food of my homeland with the flavors of Texas. My wife, Stephanie, and I opened Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen in 2019 and began offering catering services shortly after.
We are a chef-owned restaurant and catering company with locations in Garland, Southlake, and Wylie Texas which allows us to service the large DFW metroplex and surrounding areas. Our team of chefs are classically trained in a variety of gourmet cuisines and started their careers in luxury resorts around the world. Our background in hospitality means that we are experts in crafting custom menus and coordinating event logistics. Our goal is to take the stress out of your food and beverage service while providing a memorable meal that tells your love story.

Ferah was incredible!
Ferah catered our wedding on April 18, 2026 and it couldn't have been better! From our tasting last July throughout the months leading up to the wedding and the day itself, the entire staff was wonderful! The food itself was incredible (as expected)! The staff (bartenders and servers) were attentive to guests and the service went smoothly. I could not recommend Ferah Catering enough!

We have been partnering with Farah for over 6 years for our corporate catering needs. I knew we had found our partner on Day 1 from their attention to us, learning our office and our people. The team is so friendly and professional and they will challenge you to step away and go work on other things while they work the magic and I confidently felt at ease, they brought over a meal while I worked and our guests were entertained and cared for. The food quality and presentation is best in class as well with unique menus and the ability to invent new ones and stay within your budget. Their team will setup, maintain everything including china, glass, trash and that you and your guests do not need to lift a finger and then they clean up and let themselves out. The owners regularly work their first event or stop through and on larger ones, but always sending a regular crew that knows your name and space. Also if you have not tried one of their amazing restaurants I personally recommend trying each of them out as they have their own flare to them.

Great catering company with professional staff
Ferah Catering was great to work with! I needed a halal caterer with less than desirable planning time and Ferah came thru. I received great help with the last minute details that I hadn't thought of, from staff (thanks London!). The food was tasty and the staff assigned to the event were professional and helpful. My favorite was the beef tenderloin carving station!

Love these guys
Ferah catered a rehearsal dinner at our home for about 30 people including our extended family and out of town guests this October. Everything was delicious, the portions were generous, and we received many compliments from our guests. I was particularly impressed with the great job the staff did serving, clearing, and cleaning up. They made sure the food was hot, presented well, and created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Next time I need a caterer, I will use Ferah again.
