James Madison Catering
Inspired by our children, Niko James and Chloe Madison, James Madison uses seasonal ingredients seduced by flavors worldwide. Nicole (CA) and Jonathan (NY), from opposite ends of the culinary spectrum, combine their expertise with every curated dish on the menu. We turn to our training in classical French techniques, infusing it with the fresh Mediterranean seasonality and Asian and Middle Eastern aromatics. Hospitality is the foundation of any memorable food experience. From our initial interactions and menu creation to the personal chef tasting and, finally, with the event itself, we strive to make it an elevated personable experience.
As a commitment to ourselves and our clients, we constantly strive to improve. Whether through continued education, or our favorite means of research and development, we are always looking for new ways of doing things or more flavors to bring to the table. We enjoy taking our clients on our menu creation journey to ensure that it is a true expression of their tastes, cultures, and traditions, new and old.

The HIGHLIGHT of our Wedding
From the moment we booked James Madison Catering, we knew we were in good hands. Their communication style is top-notch - they are true go-getters who are always on top of things. The quality of their work is truly phenomenal, with an attention to detail that gave our wedding a *luxurious* feel. Jonathan and his team were absolute rock stars on our wedding day, rolling with the punches and showering us and our guests with kindness. The catering service was amazing, and Jonathan's culinary skills as the head chef were absolutely phenomenal. We could not have asked for a better catering experience for our special day. Their attention to detail is what really sealed everything. Jonathan from the beginning was amazing and I am beyond glad that we went with his catering for our big day. James Madison Catering was truly the highlight of our wedding. The food was SO good, same quality as when we went to taste test.
