Blank to Bold Events designs unforgettable event spaces with bold color, sculptural florals, and custom-built installations. Based in Central Massachusetts, we specialize in transforming venues into high-impact, one-of-a-kind experiences for weddings and celebrations.
We don’t do basic. At Blank to Bold Events, every install is designed from scratch using bold color, sculptural florals, and high-impact styling. Our work is built to stand out, not blend in. Behind the scenes, we bring a level of organization and execution most decor companies don’t, so you get a space that feels custom and an experience that feels easy.

We provide full-service event styling and custom installations. This includes backdrops, balloon work, floral design, and complete environment styling. We also source additional rentals like furniture, linens, and tabletop items to create a cohesive, fully designed space.
Our custom event styling services start at $2,000. Most clients invest between $2,500 and $5,000+ depending on the scope, size, and level of customization.
Every event is custom-designed. We use your vision, event type, and venue to create a tailored design plan. While we have structured packages, each project is adapted to fit your space and goals.
All proposals include design, materials, installation, and breakdown. Larger projects may include sourcing and coordinating additional rentals such as linens, furniture, or specialty decor.
Yes. We handle full installation and breakdown so you don’t have to worry about logistics on your event day.
We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance. For weddings or peak season dates, earlier is strongly recommended as availability is limited.
A signed contract and a 25% non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. Dates are not held without both.
The remaining balance is due 5 days before your event. We are unable to install or deliver items if the balance is not paid in full.
All retainers are non-refundable. If you cancel within 21 days of your event, payments made are non-refundable due to preparation, sourcing, and scheduling commitments.
We will do our best to accommodate rescheduled events based on availability. If your new date is available, we will transfer your design and apply your payments. Additional fees may apply depending on changes or logistics.
Clients are responsible for any damaged, lost, or unreturned items. A replacement fee will be applied based on the item. We provide a damage and replacement list for reference.
The rental period begins at delivery or pickup and ends at the scheduled pickup time or within 18 hours after your event, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Yes. Balloon installations are available as part of our custom designs and are integrated into your overall event aesthetic.
We primarily offer full-service styling to ensure quality and consistency. Limited rentals may be available depending on the item and schedule.
Yes. We regularly coordinate with venues and vendors to ensure a smooth setup and cohesive design.
We are based in Milford, MA and serve Central Massachusetts and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
We use inspiration as a starting point, but we don’t replicate designs. Every event is custom-created to feel unique and tailored to your space.
We do offer smaller “statement installs” such as proposal setups or photo moments, starting at $2,000.
