Do you have a minimum spend for weddings?

We require a minimum investment of $2,000 for custom floral designs. In addition, we offer fully customized, full-service wedding packages tailored to suit your unique style and budget. To help us bring your vision to life and provide the best possible recommendations, please be prepared to share your budget during your initial consultation. This allows us to design options that align beautifully with your needs and expectations.

What should we expect at our consultation? Do we need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

Consultations typically last around 15 minutes, but may last longer for larger weddings. To make the most of your appointment, please be prepared with key details about your wedding—such as your budget, style preferences, and floral inspiration. This can include venue photos, images of your attire, your color palette, social media inspiration, and anything else that reflects your vision. The more information you provide, the better we can tailor our recommendations to suit your needs. Following your consultation, we’ll prepare a personalized proposal with pricing and email it to you for review.

Can you provide any decor other than flowers?

Yes! We have access to a variety of rentals for an additional cost from aisle runners to candelabras, arches, candles, mirrors, and more.

Question 4

What is your service area? Do you have a delivery fee for flowers?

Accepted Answer

We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services within a 100 mile radius of Oceanside, CA. We have a $2,500 minimum for floral delivery. Since many weddings require a professional set up, we also charge a separate fee for event installation and breakdown.

Do you handle flower breakdown after the ceremony?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception.

Question 6

Can I see a mockup of proposed flowers?

Accepted Answer

Yes! After the proposal is accepted, we provide one mockup for an additional charge, typically a table centerpiece. We prefer to create this about 30 days before the wedding to take into account seasonal flowers and time to make adjustments before the final proposal and vendor commitments are due.

Question 7

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After accepting our proposal, we require half of the total due to serve as a deposit and initial payment. After that the remaining balance is due one week BEFORE the wedding. Please note that this deposit is nonrefundable. Additionally, if payment in full (along with any adjustments) is not completed one week before the wedding, the contract will be considered null and void and services will not be rendered and no refunds will be issued.
