For years, I worked in headhunting and business operations, where I specialized in helping companies find the right people and built thoughtful systems behind the scenes. Yet, I’ve always been creative and had often found myself craving a tangible form of creativity - something slower and more sensory. Floral design became an outlet, and eventually, my calling.

Today, I create floral arrangements that are rooted in storytelling, guided by instinct, and inspired by nature. I believe flowers are more than decoration, they create an environment. Whether I’m designing for a wedding, an intimate gathering, or a quiet corner of someone’s home, my goal is to create something that feels personal and poetic.

    Working with Val was one of the highlights of my wedding. Her creativity, communication, and genuine passion for her craft are truly exceptional. I feel incredibly fortunate that she was part of our day. I didn’t come in with a fully formed vision for our florals – just a color palette and a desire for rich, varied textures. Val took that loose direction and ran with it, coming back with thoughtful mock-ups and ideas that immediately felt right. She even wove in deeply personal touches, including visiting our home the day before the wedding to trim leaves from our Monstera plant that we’ve had for nearly a decade. That level of care and intention speaks volumes. Val and her entire team went above and beyond to make our wedding day truly special. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

    Valerie was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding flowers at the Rosewood Miramar in Montecito. From the very beginning, she understood my vision and elevated it in a way that felt effortless, thoughtful, and so “us.” It was perfectly elevated and original, with a timeless twist! She truly went above and beyond. She was responsive, creative, and handled every little detail with so much care. On the wedding day, everything was even more stunning than I imagined: the arrangements were lush, and every stem was perfectly placed!
