Yes! After the contract is signed, we provide one mockup, typically a table centerpiece. We prefer to create this between 30 and 60 days before the wedding to take into account seasonal flowers and time to make adjustments before the final proposal and vendor commitments are due.

In-person consults last approximately 1 hr but can take longer for large weddings. Please come prepared with details about your wedding like your budget and style, as well as any inspiration you have for your wedding flowers. This can include images of your venue, photos of your dress/suit, fabric swatches, your color palette, or other photos. The more information and ideas you provide, the better we can assist you! If you plan on using your own containers, please bring them so we can evaluate and give you an accurate quote based on their size. After your consult, you'll receive an email with your official proposal and virtual mock-up!

Yes! We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services within our service zones at no additional charge. We have a $500 minimum for pick-up, a $1,200 minimum for floral delivery and set-up, and $2,800 minimum for delivery, set-up, ceremony to reception transfer, AND breakdown! Travel services for locations outside our local service range incur additional fees for delivery and set up.

It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 6 to 8 months before their big day.
