I graduated from the Naturella Academy, becoming licensed in Makeup Artistry, Cosmetology, and an Esthetician. I started Absolute Beauty by Wendy to apply my passion for making women feel beautiful. My team and I constantly challenge ourselves to provide a service at the highest level, no matter the occasion. I love serving brides just like you, looking to enhance your existing beauty for your most special day.

Absolute Beauty by Wendy travels to your location of choice and provides hair and makeup services on-site. They have multiple stylists to provide group services for the entire wedding party. To-be-weds can take advantage of hair and makeup trials to determine their desired look prior to the wedding.

    Absolute Beauty by Wendy provided efficient communication leading up to the wedding, but the quality of their work was a bit mixed. They did a great job on my hair and makeup, helping me feel beautiful on my special day. However, some of my bridesmaids had trouble with their hair and makeup staying put throughout the event. While Wendy and her team were responsive, they did not seem to fully incorporate the feedback and preferences from the bridal party during the styling process. Overall, they met my needs as the bride, but I wish they had been a bit more attentive to the entire wedding party.

    Wendy and her team were amazing for my wedding! We did the trial and I ended up changing the look, and it was no problem. I also had a ton of changes to the number of hair/makeup I was going to need day of and she never once complained or turned me down, she just made it all work—I’m super grateful. I was super happy with the results especially for a curly girl in VA! She also cut my hair a few weeks before my wedding & gave me great care tips that I still use!

    Absolute Beauty by Wendy was absolutely amazing to work with! From start to finish, Wendy was prompt with communication, flexible, professional, and organized. She and her team arrived right on time and were so friendly and personable—it truly felt like having another friend with us on the wedding day. Absolute Beauty by Wendy was willing to travel for our destination wedding and even met us at our Airbnb, which made everything so easy. Wendy and her staff came fully equipped with top-of-the-line tools, products, and expertise, and her entire team was just as incredible. They were fun, energetic, and made the whole getting-ready process such a joyful experience for our bridal party. Having one talented team to handle both hair and makeup for our larger group was a huge benefit, especially with a tight schedule. From young to mature skin, thin to thick hair, and various hair textures (CURLS!) - they executed flawlessly.     After a bad makeup trail, I was on the hunt to find the right person for wedding day hair and makeup. I found Absolute beauty on The Knot and noticed they had amazing reviews. I contacted the company and spoke with Wendy. I Immediately knew she was a professional and knew what she was talking about. I booked a trail for hair and makeup and met Wendy back in April. My trial went so well and Wendy did an amazing job I decided right then to hire her. My makeup and hair were perfect on my wedding day, I was so happy! She and one of her staff members did the bridal party’s hair and some of their makeup too. Everyone looked amazing. Wendy is truly a talented professional and is very kind! Thank you Wendy!!
