Dylan Michael Cosmetics was created in honor of owner Cindy Singer's sons, Dylan and Brandon. Dylan lost his battle with familial dysautonomia (FD) at just 19 years old. His strength and spirit continue to be the inspiration for everything they do in the wedding industry. In Dylan’s memory, a portion of the net proceeds is donated to Pixie Dust Wishes, a nonprofit that creates unforgettable Disney experiences for individuals with disabilities and their families. To date, more than 30 children and their loved ones have experienced the magic of Disney.

Dylan Michael Cosmetics offer complimentary trials, collaborating with the bride and her bridal party so everyone feels like the most confident, most beautiful version of themselves on the big day. With over 20 years in the industry, they are dedicated to providing exceptional service—consistently following up and even in today’s tech-driven world they are always happy to connect via a good old-fashioned phone call so your experience with them is as personal and seamless as it is professional. Yes. Bridal trials are free of charge. We allow for an hour for a bridal trial but it often only takes 45 minutes. This is where the bride will receive a consultation and full makeup application. During the trial session all details are reviewed: your dress, hair, flowers, color of bridesmaids dresses, etc. All products, application techniques and special instructions will be recorded on file. There is no obligation to commit for makeup services at the time of the trial. This is your test-run to preview your makeup look and collaborate with the artist. This also allows for feedback so we can make any necessary “tweaks” on the wedding day.

It takes about 30 minutes for each makeup application (45 MINUTES FOR THE BRIDE). We also build in additional 30 minute “buffers” on the front and back ends to allow for some “wiggle room”. Once your services are officially booked a timeline will be created to have everyone ready in time for pictures/1st look/ceremony.

A non-refundable “save the date” fee of $25 and signed contract is required to secure your wedding date and book services. All bookings come on a first come, first serve basis. We do not hold the date without the “save the date fee and/or contract. Most brides lock in the date and save the trial for a day closer to the wedding, however some do prefer to have the trial before securing the date. In that case we schedule the trial sooner rather than later so you don't risk losing the date to another bride. No, we pride ourselves on accommodating everyone regardless of wedding party size

Yes. We use a water-based Airbrush foundation that is specially formulated to be “sprayed” or “painted” on to the face through an air "gun" or “brush” that looks a bit like a fountain pen that deposits small micro “dots” of makeup on to the face to give the skin a natural semi-matte finish as well as provide a flawless look to the skin. It is not for all skin types such as mature, very dry or sun damaged skin. We do individual lashes so that we can customize them to your desired length and thickness.

Minimalist Makeup
Kelly was wonderful! She listened to us when we said we wanted minimal makeup and checked in throughout to make sure we liked what we saw. We definitely recommend Kelly and Dylan Michael Cosmetics!

Gorgeous Wedding Makeup
Working with Dylan Michael Cosmetics was such a smooth experience from start to finish. Cindy communicated clearly about what to expect and gave us solid advice on colors and styles that worked perfectly for our wedding day. Her attention to detail showed in every brushstroke—the makeup looked polished and elegant, exactly what we wanted. She stayed on schedule and kept everything running on time, which meant a lot on a day when we had so much going on. I had an AMAZING experience with Cindy at Dylan Michael Cosmetics for my wedding day makeup. My goal was to look like myself, just better, and Cindy absolutely nailed it. She really listened to what I wanted and was even happy to let me swap lip colors at the last minute. She and Lola did makeup for a group of 12 of my closest friends and family, and everyone looked and felt beautiful. They kept the morning fun and relaxed, chatting with my girls and finishing ahead of schedule, which made getting ready such a lovely start to the day. I couldn’t recommend Cindy and Dylan Michael Cosmetics more!

I cannot say enough good things about Dylan Michael Cosmetics and the fantastic service they provided for my wedding. The quality of their work is truly impressive. Sam did an incredible job with my makeup, as well as the makeup for my bridal party, flawlessly executing four different looks (on ethnic faces at that!), three out of four she had never practiced on beforehand! Everyone looked so gorgeous, and my makeup felt light and lasted all night long until 3am! The makeup trial that is included is such a gift, and Sam took detailed notes to make minor but perfect adjustments on the wedding day. Cindy was also a pleasure to work with. She is so organized and easy to communicate with. And the value is incredible, with their services being very reasonably priced, which is so refreshing in the expensive world of weddings. I highly recommend Dylan Michael Cosmetics for anyone planning their special day.

Gorgeous minimal, soft glam looks - hire her!
Cindy was absolutely lovely to work with. From our first interactions over email, she was responsive, friendly, and just really kind! I am not a big make-up person and was very concerned that traditional "wedding" make-up would transform me and make me not look like myself. These worries immediately went away after my make-up trial (included in the price). Cindy listened and understood what I envisioned and was super flexible to change things up until I was comfortable. When I showed my bridal party pictures from my trial, they all said, "that's exactly how I want to look on your wedding." They used CINDY'S work as their inspiration pics. Everyone was so pleased by their looks (we are all very minimalistic, soft glam gals) and was raving all day about how good she was! Our make-up stayed put all night and I did not need to touch it up once. I highly recommend Cindy - she was kind, easy to work with, friendly, and is just really good at her job! I included a few pics of me and my bridemaids (not professional photos so not touched up at all!)
