Hello from your hairstyling hype girl! My name is Michelle; lead Hair Stylist & Owner of Modest Medusa. I am a licensed Hair Designer based in Snohomish Washington, specializing in wedding hair. With nearly a decade of experience in the wedding industry, I provide a personally customized experience & truly love my craft! I will travel to all corners of the PNW, & encourage travel beyond it. (seriously though, I love adventures). My favorite styles are soft and romantic, but I never hesitate to do something alternative and edgy. I have an eye for symmetry and balance, and I’m determined to meet each client’s hair vision.

I only book one event per day, because you deserve to have my full attention! Neither of us should feel rushed on top of an already specific timeline. I’m transparent with my clients, because not every hairstyle works for everyone. I will provide my suggestions and do what I can to ease worry and help construct a hair design that will pair well with your attire, theme, & the weather! I may only do hair, but I believe that allows you to also find a makeup artist who stands out in their own specialty!
