My name is Robert Niehoff, and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist dedicated to helping couples build strong, meaningful, and lasting relationships. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including PREPARE/ENRICH facilitation and Level Two training in the Gottman Method, allowing me to support couples with practical tools rooted in decades of relationship research. I am also a registered wedding officiant in the state of Minnesota. This unique combination of clinical expertise and ceremony leadership allows me to support couples not only in preparing for marriage, but also in thoughtfully celebrating their commitment.

At the heart of my work is a belief that healthy relationships are built with intention, communication, and care. I am honored to walk alongside couples at every stage of their journey. I am excited to meet and plan with you all the different aspects that will go into making your day unique and special to you and your journey in life and in love.

Pre-Marital Counseling

Description

Six hour-long sessions with a licensed marriage and family therapist focused on preparing couples for married life. The PREPARE/ENRICH assessment provides personalized insight into relationship strengths and growth areas, while sessions offer practical tools to strengthen communication, resolve conflict, and deepen connection.
