I’d like to address your review with some clarity, as it misrepresents both the communication I provided and my professionalism. During the time you claim I was unresponsive, I was on maternity leave and had just given birth. This was not only communicated to you but reiterated during our correspondence. Understandably, my response times were not always immediate—but I remained as communicative as possible given the circumstances. I’m sincerely grateful to the clients who extended patience and grace during that time. Regarding the engagement session, I made every effort to work with both of our changing availability—despite the back-and-forth scheduling, cancellations, and conflicting windows you provided. If a time was no longer viable, I offered alternatives, as any responsible professional would. When unforeseen circumstances arose that affected my ability to take on your wedding, I made the difficult but appropriate decision to express my need for cancellation. You were notified directly and promptly refunded your full deposit, despite the time already invested in coordinating your services. It’s disappointing to see this situation framed so unfairly. I upheld clear communication, acted in good faith, and issued a full refund well in advance of your wedding date. I sincerely hope you can find an alternative vendor who better aligns with your expectations.
