We hired Dania Calvillo Photography for our wedding, and we were honestly blown away. From the start, she was incredible to work with. I’m a very type A bride and always had questions, ideas, and little details I wanted to talk through, and she was patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. She also did our engagement shoot, and that experience alone made us feel so comfortable going into the wedding day. She helped us feel calm, natural, and open in front of the camera, which does not come easily to us. It made such a difference. On the day of the wedding, her and her team went above and beyond in ways we didn’t expect. She wasn’t just our photographer, she was keeping track of time, helping coordinate moments, grabbing things people needed, and making sure everything stayed on schedule. Multiple people in my family and wedding party commented that she felt like a second coordinator because of how on top of everything she was. Beyond that, she brought such a positive, calm energy to the day. She is truly a joy to work with. You can tell she genuinely cares about her couples and is deeply invested in making the day special. She went above and beyond for us many times, simply out of kindness and a real love for what she does. She has already delivered some of our wedding day photos, along with a thoughtful gift, which was totally unexpected, and they are beautiful. She even got them to us ahead of schedule, which we really appreciated. We are so excited to see our couples portraits.
