I'm the guy, Jeff Vreeland. I'm a film wedding photographer based in Denville NJ who's been working in the industry for 17 years. I grew up in Denville NJ, and now live down the road from my childhood home with the woman who has my heart, my sweet Celina.

My style breaks down into two parts: aesthetics and approach. The aesthetics I describe as rich, vibrant, and real, aiming to capture real life with a slight exaggeration. My approach is intentional, neither overly posed nor purely candid. I blend deliberate, classic poses with candid, fly on the wall moments. Above all, I aim to capture photographs that strike an emotional chord and feel timeless, as if the timestamp has been removed.

    Wow, what a great wedding photographer! Jeff photographed our 2017 wedding at the Olde Mill Inn in New Jersey and was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Jeff was a lot of fun to be around, bringing great energy to the day while always staying polite, respectful, and professional. He was clearly very well organized, which helped everything run smoothly and kept us relaxed and present in the moment. There were many moments throughout the day where I and my bride-to-be felt overwhelmed, or like we didn't know what we were supposed to do next. Luckily, we had the right guy. Jeff literally knew what questions I was going to ask before I asked them. And was able to assuage any concerns or anxieties as soon as they popped up. He even went above and beyond assisting with my wife's elderly guests. I can not express enough how grateful we are that we chose Jeff, and would highly recommend him to any couple looking for a photographer on their wedding day. I know people who made the wrong decision with their wedding photographer and it is their biggest regret. Jeff is someone you can trust completely with your day, and relax knowing that you are in competent, and capable hands.

    We hired JeffVee as our wedding photographer and he exceeded every expectation! From the first call and to the final gallery delivery, Jeff was incredibly professional, organized, and creative. He made the whole experience stress free, fun, and that’s for camera shy people like us! The quality of Jeff’s work is outstanding. Every photo captured the emotion, lighting, and tiny details that made our day special. His ability to balance candid, natural moments with beautifully composed portraits is something you don’t find often. We were amazed at how quickly we received our preview gallery and blown away.     Jeff is awesome! He made our whole wedding day so much fun. Constantly cracking jokes, keeping everyone at ease, and somehow capturing every special moment at the same time. He’s super responsive too, which made planning and communication a breeze especially when some vendors are not. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and honestly can’t recommend him enough.

    Jeff as a wedding photographer was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the start, he made my husband and I feel so comfortable and it honestly felt like we were just hanging out together rather than posing for photos. He has such a great eye for detail and knew exactly how to capture us in a way that felt natural and true to who we are. The photos turned out even better than we hoped! Full of emotion, and just so us. I can’t stop looking at them! We’ve actually hired him for a couple other events too now because he is kind, patient, and incredibly talented, and we’re so grateful for the memories he has captured for us. IMO Jeff Vee is among the best of New Jersey photographers!
