I'm Kate. Photographer, dog mom, and book lover. I'm an East Coast transplant to the sunny southern California lifestyle. When I'm not shooting or editing, I can be found strolling on the beach with my husband, running the roads and trails of Los Angeles, or working as an oncology nurse. I've been described as "eternally optimistic" and can find the bright side to just about any situation. I love the excitement and joy of a wedding day and revel in capturing every detail from your flowers to your first dance and beyond!

I typically deliver 75-100 images per hour of coverage. Both digital and film images will be delivered together in your online gallery within 8 weeks of your wedding. I remove all duplicates and any images where someone blinked or moved. I then edit the remainder and deliver the curated gallery to you.
A second shooter is vital to a successful wedding day! There are so many details, moments, and moving parts to your day and I want to capture them all for you! My second shooter covers the portions of the day that happen concurrently with with bigger moments such as family formals and sunset romantics. They help me to be in 2 places at once, and I don't shoot any weddings without them.
Yes! I carry liability insurance which I will happily provide proof of to your venue. I have back ups of all of my camera gear. My cameras have dual card slots, so your images are automatically backed up as soon as they are taken. Your images do not leave my person during a wedding day, and are backed up, transferred to my computer and external hard drives as soon as I return from your wedding.
