Hiya, I’m Michelle, your coulda-been-a-bridesmaid photographer. I cherish ALL forms 🌈 of human connection. The quiet hand squeezes, the belly laughs, the “holy crap we just got married” moments. For 13+ years I’ve captured weddings all over Memphis + the Mid-South with a bold, vibrant, heartfelt style that’s all about making you feel comfortable, confident, and completely present. From Memphis rooftops to garden ceremonies, I’ll be the bestie by your side through the big cheers, the quiet tears, and those wild dance floor moments you’ll never forget.

I’m all about photos that FEEL like you — not a cookie-cutter version. On the front end, I take the time to know what lights you up, what captivates you about your partner, and how you want your day to feel. I’m passionate about inclusivity in the wedding industry, from being an LGBTQ advocate to making sure every skin tone is edited with care and accuracy. The Perfect Engagement Photographer Experience
We had the BEST experience with our engagement photographer! From start to finish, she was incredibly easy to communicate with. Shes js responsive, organized, and just genuinely fun to work with. My fiancé is pretty awkward in front of the camera, but she worked absolute magic. She made him feel so comfortable and gave clear, natural direction the whole time, which made such a difference. Nothing felt forced or staged, it was just easy and enjoyable. Her eye for detail and ability to guide us into the perfect shots was amazing. We left the session feeling excited instead of stressed, which says a lot! We seriously cannot wait to see the final photos. If you’re looking for someone who knows how to bring out the best in you (even if you’re camera-shy), she’s your girl. Highly recommend!

Professional and Talented
Michelle was unbelievably professional throughout the process. She is very detail oriented which is exactly what I was looking for. She was so wonderful to work with and has it together. She knew all the right questions to ask, made sure we were on the same page with every detail, and the best part is that the photos are absolutely everything we wanted and more. I could not recommend her any more highly. She knocked it out of the park!

Booking Michelle for our wedding resulted in an absolute dream from beginning to end! Pre-Wedding She has lots of things in place for both the couple who knows what they want and for those who may need a little more help with the planning process. Communication, from initial consultation to wedding day coverage, was consistent and thorough. On our wedding day, she caught lots of beautiful moments! If you are the type that may be worried that having a photographer would make me feel like you are being “watched” or pushed around, Michelle is a great person to work with. She has a gentle and accommodating nature that made every moment feel fun and natural, which is what we wanted! Michelle was also great about acknowledging the physical and emotional needs of our families (disabilities, sensitivities, losses, etc.) and that inclusive nature helped us and our guests feel comfortable so that she could capture the joy of the day!

The best!!!!
If you are overwhelmed with the amount of Memphis photographers like I was, look no further and book Michelle now!!! Seriously. Do it. lol Not only is she obviously an incredibly talented photographer, but she’s also fun, witty, relatable, and is soooo good at making you feel comfortable in front of a camera. She also has great vendor recommendations and plenty of wedding “do’s and don’t’s” which was super helpful throughout the planning process. All in all, Michelle was wonderful to work with and I would choose her all over again (in fact I will use her any time I need professional photos done from here on out). And oh yeah, her team is wonderful too!!! The few I worked with were sweet and personable! Thank you again for everything Michelle!!

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 6-8 weeks after your wedding. For engagement sessions, it's usually 4-6 weeks.

Of course! All final images will be gently retouched for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful and match. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.

You can expect about 75 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

In my 10 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted associate. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.

Typically, couples book me about 12-18 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

Almost always! I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. We love an extra set of hands to keep the party going. ;)

I LOVE this question. YES! We travel AND we create a custom package for you. In my experience, my couples have hired me over the resort photographer(s) because they'll get someone who's personal, knows their story, and ready to help keep the party going for them. We do custom collections for Destination weddings. The travel fees are usually in your collection for you. :)
