I AM MAGIC. AND SO ARE YOU. I am a storyteller — a romantic at heart, a seeker of beauty, and a quiet observer of the in-between. My name is Morgan Elise, and I am a documentary-rooted, editorial-inspired wedding photographer based in Austin, Texas — though I’ll follow love wherever it takes me.
My work is shaped by the things that have always stirred my soul: poetry, history, Vogue editorials, and the timeless words of Jane Austen. I’m drawn to the unspoken — the fleeting glances, soft laughter, and quiet magic that often goes unseen. You may not always notice those moments... but I do. Because I believe your love is not ordinary. It is not common. It deserves to be remembered like art — honest, cinematic, and entirely your own. I am magic. And so are you. Morgan - photograhy ART
I have worked with other photographers, but Morgan blew them all out of the water. From the first conversation where Morgan asked us about our interests, preferences, and goals for the day, I knew we could trust her with capturing our love. She made it a point to get to know us, and it is reflected in our photos - she does not take generic photos with the same poses for everyone, but instead captures their unique personality and relationship. Not only does she do this in her art, but working with her is similarly personalized. When we said we were camera shy, she helped give clear direction for posing. When we expressed wanting specific locations or poses, she remembered and honored it. Maybe most importantly, we have FUN with her. She makes the process feel easy and exciting, and at the end of having a great time, you have meaningful, beautiful photographs. Morgan’s second shooter, Delmy, was also so sweet, fun, & talented. Our photos were outstanding - they are nothing short of art. Fun, artsy, candid (yet she helped us pose naturally enough that we look great) - everything you could want. Adding her film package was one of our favorite decisions of the whole wedding - we cannot stop gushing over the vintage, personal feel our film photos have. Could not recommend Morgan and her team more highly.
WE LOVE MORGAN
Morgan met our expectations in every way possible. Upon first meeting her she was so warm and welcoming and instantly made me feel comfortable which was exactly what I was looking for in a photographer. We had plenty of great communication and upon wedding approaching clear requests in document which was great. Day of the wedding Morgan was perfect- she knew all the shots I wanted so I didn’t have to remember and took initiative to get family portraits done so we could spend time with our guests. Overall we had an AMAZING experience and received the final gallery back in an amazing timeframe. love her and 10/10 recommend!!!
