Hi there! We’re Robert and Marisa Carter. Founders and owners of MSMP Media. A photo and Video Wedding company. With over 10+ years experience in the wedding industry we are as familiar as it get's with all things wedding 💜 We service select states, capturing our couples genuine joy, love and happiness across the nation and we love every minute of it! Being a team who also has your day covered NO MATTER WHAT (or fly out the owners for a flat rate). We don't make you wait for your photos, you get to enjoy them as we edit them. Photos uploaded to your online gallery in bulks with 50-60 sneak peaks, the week after your wedding day! Timeline
My wife and I got married October 2025. It is currently April 18th, 2026, and we still have not recieved out wedding photos. We have contacted MSMP several times and they responded with "ready by February" and then " ready by the first week of April. I understand that Autumn can be a busy time for weddings, but I dont think you should overbook clients to the point where you cannot turn wedding photos around within 25 weeks. Hire more editors, or stop overbooking.
