Daniel, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your elopement day matters deeply, and I never want any couple to feel like they didn't receive the care and coverage they deserved. I sincerely apologize that your elopement morning didn't go as planned — that was due to an unexpected car breakdown on my end that was completely out of my control. I want to make sure anyone reading this has the full picture: my team photographer stepped in and covered 1 hour of the 2 hours booked, which was the ceremony portion. I immediately offered a complimentary 2-hour session with me personally, offering to return to the same restaurant we had planned to visit and anywhere else you wanted to go — or whatever would feel most meaningful to make up for that 1 hour lost. You responded via text that you "will definitely take me up on the offer." Your full gallery of 271 photos was also delivered in full, and you shared via text that you "absolutely loved the photos." That offer still stands and I would love to honor it. A refund was not something I was able to offer per our contract, but I made every effort to provide a resolution that was more than equal in both time and location to what was missed.
