How far in advance should we book our wedding?

Accepted Answer

In order to ensure availability, it is always best to book your wedding six months to a year in advance. Being that I am local to Las Vegas, "Wedding Central" we are already booking for 2027. The longer you wait, the less availability is found. I would not want you to miss out! 50% deposit is required to hold your date for your special day. Payment plans are available for those that book one year in advance.

Question 2

Do you work with assistants or other photographers or wedding planners?

Accepted Answer

I am a sole proprietor but sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistants depending on the size of your wedding. I am more than happy to work with other photographers, but I do ask that all flash photography is reserved for my work on your day in order to capture consistent lighting in your images throughout your event. I am more than happy to work with a wedding planner if you have contracted with one. Wedding planners can help to make your day go smoothly and help alleviate stress on your wedding day.

Will you edit all our pictures?

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. Images are delivered in high resolution digitally using SRGB color through an online link. A High-Resolution USB is available for additional purchase.

Question 4

Do you also offer video services?

Accepted Answer

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. But I do offer resources for preferred vendors I work best with. I am always willing to help with the extra details.

Question 5

How long will it take to see our pictures?

Accepted Answer

My turnaround time varies by season. You will receive a preview of 4-5 Images within 24-48 Hours to preview online and or share with friends and family. Typically, you’ll be able to view your full wedding album online about 2-4 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a share link online, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints. a certificate for printing rights is included in every package.

How many pictures will we get?

Accepted Answer

You can expect between 100- 500 Digital Images depending on the size of your, event and package selected. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors, including quality. Only quality images are released.

Do you have insurance?

Accepted Answer

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

Question 8

What’s your back-up plan if you can’t photograph our wedding as planned?

Accepted Answer

In my 12 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement if you would rather do so. We will go over the terms and details prior to any contracts or deposits being accepted. I am a firm believer that we must make a good fit for your special day! After all we only get one shot to do it right!

How can we make an appointment with you?

I meet clients by appointment only. I am available for in person meetups at my favorite local coffee shop here in town perfect for wedding planning, or I can arrange for online video meetings through Zoom or Facebook Video Chats. Question 10

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

A Deposit of 50% is required to book your special day. This is to secure your date to ensure there is no double booking. I schedule one wedding per week. This is a non-refundable deposit. If I am unable to perform my duties due to a medical emergency or natural disaster. I will offer services to be provided through a partnered vendor, or I will offer a refund for you to select another photographer last minute.
