Hello my dears- I'm Connie. Through many years, I’ve devoted myself not just to image-making, but to discovering what makes a life beautiful: the simplicity of slowness; the quiet intimacy of touching a loved one’s face as sleep arrives. I’m drawn to kindness, feeling terrified but moving through to the other side, dancing alone in public, covered in sunlight. My work is shaped by watching how others love, by giving more than feels comfortable, by laughter so deep it brings tears. I try to see without judgment. To stay curious. To exist, as much as possible, with joy inside this fleeting, incredible moment we’re in right now.

    We had an outstanding experience with Connie at Studio Atticus for our restaurant wedding in Boston. Aside from your new spouse and your immediate family, you will probably spend more time on your wedding day with your photographer than anyone else. From our first meeting, we felt immediately comfortable with Connie and were struck by her professionalism and her evident care for us. She was a calm, kind presence in the hectic moments as our wedding day got started, and as the evening went along she captured everything from the big formal moments to blink-and-you'll-miss-it magic, wonderfully and organically. Connie is clearly an extremely skilled photographer who takes pride in her craft, but more importantly she has an artist's eye for capturing special moments of love, connection, movement, laughter, and more. The images from our wedding are spectacular. They are stunningly composed without feeling contrived, thorough without feeling staged, and beautifully edited so everything looks natural and timeless. We have already relived our day over and over through her work and will treasure these images of family and friends for many years to come.     I’m so grateful my husband and I had the opportunity to work with Connie for our wedding this winter. She is an absolute delight — professional, thoughtful, easy to work with, and truly exceptional at what she does. During our search process, it was important to me that we find someone we felt genuinely comfortable with. From the beginning, Connie made us feel at ease. She brings a calm, warm presence that makes you forget there’s a camera in the room, which shows in the photos. And the photography! Connie has a remarkable talent for capturing the small, magical moments of intimacy and connection — between family members, friends, and throughout the celebration — as well as the overall feeling of the day. Shortly after the wedding, Connie shared a highlights video, and my husband and I were blown away. The quality, artistry, and emotion she captured felt like true craft.
