Q: Do you also offer video services?

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. But I do have some amazing vendors that I can recommend!

Q: How many pictures will we get?

You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

Q: Do you have insurance?

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

Q: How long will it take to see our pictures?

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 6-8 weeks after your wedding and 3-4 weeks of your engagement, bridal, or other sessions.

Q: Do you work with assistants or other photographers?

I’ll usually bring at least one assistant on your wedding day, and a second shooter is dependent on your package and on the size of your wedding.

Q: How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Typically, couples book me about 6-12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame!

Sydney Rose is so much more than a photographer. Beginning at our initial consultation she worked hard to connect with me and get in my head to really grasp my vision. She cares about feeling a kinship with her clients, and making sure she’s the right fit for you. During the wedding she was always checking in with me - not just about photography, but also making sure I got drink refills or offering to grab me things from the bridal suite. It was a really comforting feeling knowing she takes such an all encompassing approach to her role at the wedding. She really is your bestie during the wedding!! And, of course, she created a gorgeous and priceless photography portfolio for us. Couldn’t recommend more.
