Joyful, Professional, Creative
We hired Allenia to be our day of coordinator for our 72 ppl wedding at the prospect park boathouse. We also commissioned her to create a faux floral piece that would wrap around both sides of the spiraling staircase. I would describe myself as highly organized and a perfectionist- to which Allenia and her team met with grace and professional charisma. My wife created the bulk of our decor, and they handled it with care during set up and take down. The highlight of the night was Allenia and Anaya making sure we were fed & packed us to-go boxes. Anaya took so many BTS photos with Ari's phone, capturing all these little moments we will cherish forever. Anaya was our cheerleader the whole night, even getting our entire wedding party to cheer "We're here! We're Queer!". I would recommend them to anyone for an excellent Day of Coordination duo.

So helpful at our micro wedding!
We are so thankful for A&J Luxury Events for helping us coordinate our micro wedding and post-wedding celebration. The day went so smoothly and exactly according to my original plan. We got married at a public space in Central Park, and they made sure everything was seamless. Their cues to the bridal party made sure the processional went off without a hitch, and they communicated with our vendors in a timely manner. We are so grateful!

We had a polaroid guest book and they took charge of them (I didn't even think about it & ask for it!) and made sure everyone signed the guest book.
