We believe that every great celebration is built on a foundation of precision, passion, and a deep understanding of what happens behind the scenes. Our lead planner’s journey began by catering for Savoir Fare Limited. From setting ceremony sites and floor plans to managing plated dinners and hors d'oeuvres, we learned that luxury is found in the (personal information protected by Zola) foundation grew at St. Augustine’s iconic venue, The White Room, mastering the flow of coastal weddings. With a professional background directing large-scale community events and development projects, we bring a unique perspective to every celebration.

Having personally executed everything from ceremony setup to high-end catering service at premier venues, we understand the physical logistics of a wedding better than most. We combine this "in-the-trenches" hospitality experience with a background in managing large-scale community events. This means we bring the refined touch of a boutique coordinator alongside the logistical grit required to handle any challenge, ensuring your day is as seamless as it is sophisticated.

    Design

    Ally's Event Services made planning our wedding feel manageable and enjoyable from start to finish. The team was open with us about every decision, kind when we had doubts, and always gave us the information we needed to move forward with confidence. They really understood the vision we had for our day and helped us design a wedding around a color palette and feeling that felt true to us.     The Most Caring Coordinator
