Describe your experience. How many weddings have you planned, and what are they like? Any specialties?

Our specialties are Christian and non-religious ceremonies and receptions, however, at Amanda Montaña Events, we celebrate the beauty of diversity and are honored to be a part of weddings and special events from all cultures, religions, and backgrounds. We believe that every love story deserves to be told in a way that is authentic and meaningful. Our team is committed to understanding your vision and weaving your distinct cultural, religious, or personal elements into your celebration, ensuring it is a true reflection of who you are.

Do you also plan other events, like showers or rehearsal dinners?

Absolutely! As part of our full-planning package, we offer planning for engagement parties, bridal showers as well as rehearsal dinners.

Question 4

How much time should we expect to spend with you?

Accepted Answer

Over the course of the full-planning package, expect to have monthly or bi-monthly meetings/calls with your designated planner, and to have your planner on-site to run the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner the day before your wedding, as well as on-site management of your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly. With the partial-planning and Day of Coordination packages, you can expect to spend less time with your planner but still feel you and your event are the focus of their mind.

Do you take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend?

Depending on the location and time of the ceremony and your package level which may or may not require the planning team to be present, we may have a second wedding booked on the same day/weekend. Our priority is to ensure each wedding we assist in planning is given the utmost attention to detail, so we keep it maxed at one to two weddings per weekend. As Amanda Montaña Events continues to grow, this number will eventually increase as new lead planners and supporting team members are hired.

We take your wild ideas, your quiet dreams, and everything in between—and handle the logistics from first vision to final send-off. Vendor sourcing, design, timelines, problem-solving—we’ve got it. Tradition optional. Your love story, fully supported and beautifully unscripted.	These wedding planning choices are all available beginning at $150, although some may cost more due to the time necessary to complete them.	Elopements and micro-weddings may be intimate, but they’re not effortless—and they deserve just as much intention. At Ever After Unscripted, we believe small doesn’t mean simple. Your love story still deserves thoughtful design, seamless logistics, and a planning partner who treats your day like the main event—because it is. Tradition optional. Meaning mandatory.
