Of course! I have over 15 years of professional experience in the industry and have planned events all along the East Coast (Bar Harbor, to Charleston, Key West!). My background spans 5-star resort management, food and beverage operations, event marketing and sales, catering, corporate events and meetings, floral design, venue management, and full-service planning, design, and coordination for social events. I’m also a proud UNH Alumni with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Hospitality Management.

When should we book a wedding planner?

We typically book Planning & Design 9-18 months in advance and Event Management about 6-12 months out. If your date is further out, we’ll gladly add you to our early-notification list so you’re the first to know when that window opens!

What’s the difference between you and a venue coordinator?

A venue coordinator represents the venue - their priority is ensuring the property runs smoothly. They oversee things like setup within their space, catering timing (if in-house), and lighting. As your wedding planner, I represent you. I manage all vendors (not just venue staff), coordinate logistics, cue your ceremony, handle setup and teardown, and make sure every moment flows seamlessly - from hair and makeup to last call. It’s the difference between someone ensuring the venue runs well… and someone ensuring your entire wedding experience runs beautifully.

A high-touch planning and design experience from vision through execution. Designed for couples planning an intimate, highly personalized celebration. Ideal for celebrations of 40 guests or fewer.	Perfect for couples who booked several vendors and want elevated design, logistical support, timelines, vendor communication, rehearsal, and day-of coordination.	Wedding Management begins 12 weeks before your wedding and is ideal for couples who have completed most planning but want professional oversight as the day approaches. I step in to review contracts, confirm timelines and layouts, manage vendor communication, direct the rehearsal, and lead execution on the wedding day - ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can fully enjoy the celebration.
