    Coastal coordinating was incredible to work with! We just had our wedding in January and every single detail was PERFECT. Thank you to Melanie who we worked direct with, and Ella who also helped day of the wedding! They executed my vision perfectly and they were such a breeze to work with. Everyone made us feel so comfortable and took all the anxiety away! Cannot recommend their team enough!

    Katy and Ella were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They were attentive, organized, and consistently one step ahead of everything. Throughout the entire planning process, they made our lives so much easier — anticipating needs before we even had to ask and handling every detail seamlessly. On the wedding day, we felt completely at ease knowing they were in control. Everything ran smoothly, timelines were executed perfectly, and any small issues were handled behind the scenes without us ever feeling it.     If you are looking for a sign to hire a day-of coordinator, this is it! From the moment she stepped in, a massive weight was lifted off my shoulders. Katy is a true professional who ensures every detail is handled with grace and precision. She managed all the communication between our vendors seamlessly, which allowed me to actually enjoy the lead-up to the ceremony instead of being stuck on the phone. On the day itself, she was everywhere at once! She made sure all of my decor was perfectly in place (it looked even better than I envisioned) and was constantly checking in on us to make sure we were hydrated, fed, and happy. The most incredible part of working with Katy is the peace of mind she provides. If anything went wrong behind the scenes, I still don't know about it! She handled every detail so that "perfection" was all I experienced. At the end of the night, she had everything packed up and ready to go so my family and I could just soak in the final moments of the day. My wedding was beyond perfect, and I truly owe that to Katy's hard work and dedication. Thank you, Katy, for making my dream day a reality!

    Katy and her entire team at Coastal Coordinating are absolutely top notch! They handled every aspect of my daughter's wedding from start to finish with the utmost care and professionalism. We had a 3-day event with a small church wedding, a larger welcome party and an even larger wedding for over 250. They coordinated every detail from recommending vendors, reviewing contracts, mailing invitations, tracking RSVPs and even putting the welcome gift bags together for our out-of-town guests. Throughout each event Katy and her team constantly checked on all of us to see if we needed anything. I am going to miss our calls and working together!
