I believe that celebrating with your people is truly the best feeling. Whether it is a wedding, a birthday, a new baby, or a major milestone - these are the moments that capture your heart and live on in your head. I started working in the wedding and event industry in college after thinking hard about what I wanted to do in life. After assisting at my first wedding, I wanted to be part of as many as possible. I knew I was bound to be in the event world from that point forward. I feel fortunate to live and work here. We have an amazing vendor community in Santa Barbara, and it is wonderful to be a part of it.

Coastal Rose Events, a Santa Barbara-based wedding and event planning company, creates timeless and elegant celebrations of any size. We fulfill your unique vision and ensure every detail shines through, allowing you to be fully present and at ease for your special gathering.

Description

This service is for the client who has a vision for their wedding and looking for a partner to make their vision come to life. We will handle the communications, booking process, and planning details for you, so you can rest easy and get excited for your big day!

This service is for the client who has the main pieces of their planning process in place but is overwhelmed with managing everything in the months leading up to their wedding day. Partial planning services do not provide the same level of support as full planning services, however, with more time together during the planning process to feel confident and able to enjoy your time leading up to the big day!

Month-Of Coordination is the perfect service for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves but want to hand over the details prior to wedding. Our job is to step in and coordinate any of the final items and manage all of the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy every moment before the big day. The planner for all of our month-of coordination packages is our Associate Planner.

Starts at $1800 Mon-Thurs Starts at $2000 Fri-Sun A wedding under 50 guests is considered a “micro wedding”or an elopement for 10 guests and under. This package is for you if you’re planning a smaller celebration with close friends and family to celebrate this exciting event. A micro wedding is perfect if you want the feeling of a wedding on a smaller scale so you don’t feel overwhelmed by the process and its complexities.
